night vision gives him the ability to see in the dark and can increase his power if he sees 1 or more people with his night vision
weapons= a sword that turns into a gun or a scythe ( i do not own this picture and I give props to the creator because it is a cool weapon)

backstory= he was an assassin but turned into an octopus with powers that he can fly at mark 20 and could regenerate his libs and head but he cannot regenerate his heart if it gets shot at
