Davids been acting strange lately. the whole camp noticed but don't seem to care much. he was still his happy self, in fact, he seemed happier. his bright smile seemed bigger, his cheerful voice was loud and proud and his hopeful personality was shining. All though there was something in his eyes, but what was it?? whatever it was... everyone noticed
Max's POV
just fucking great, another shitty day at Camp Campbell.
I woke up to Davids annoying ass voice beaming through the speakers. "EVERYONE COME TO THE MESS HALL FOR BREAKFAST!!~ HEH!~" he announced.
I groaned and rolled over pulling the blanket over my head trying to fall asleep again, but there's no way I would be THAT lucky! "rise 'n' shine!" Nikki said pulling the blankets off of me. "WHAT THE FUCK NIKKI!!!" I screeched, that bitch! she just laughed for a moment before commenting "well somebody on their period!" she smirked. I grunted and cringed "what do you want?!" I glared at her. "its breakfast silly! c'mon Neil's waiting for us!!" she jumped happily and turned around happily skipping out of the tent. I rolled my eyes and threw my legs off the bed to stand and got dressed.
"COFFE!! BLACK!! NOW!!" I told the quartermaster as I sat down at the table with Nikki and Neil. We talked for a while and I felt like someone was watching me so turned my head to look at what it was but I just saw the door close before I could tell who it was. I shook my head and blinked then turned back to Neil and Nikki. "hey guys do you think something weirds been going on?... I mean... it just been so strange lately.." Neil looked at me confused then he sighed "well you've got a point it has been weird around here but its probably just some fucking trick Harrisons pulling trying trick you guys into believing magic!!" he glared at harrision. "yeah Max, it's just in your head!" Nikki said as she gobbled up her food. I sighed and nodded. "well you guys wanna go look for berried treasure?!" Nikki asked, Neil and I nodded in agreement
David's POV
I breathed heavily. They were just talking!! why am I so jealous?!
I sighed and stepped into my cabin, locking the door on the way in. I flopped onto the bed, gripping the spot on my shirt where my heart would be. I started thinking about max. he's so cute! I thought Wait! W-What!! H-HE'S TEN!! DAVID NO!! I scolded myself and tried thinking about other things but ended up thinking of max again. I started getting mad, thinking about how they made him laugh with their stupid jokes! david calm down... I sighed and sat up walking out of the cabin. I brought a knife. I don't know why I just felt like I needed too.

Max's POV
It was the end of the day now and David made us fuckin' swim knowing damn well I lost my swimming trunks! this wouldn't be a problem if the only spares they had weren't so short they showed the bottom of my ass cheeks and so tight you could see everything!! I sighed in embarrassment and dropped the towel, quickly hiding in the water. I shivered to the feeling of a bit of water going in the trunks from the back, they were shorts so they didn't grip and shape along me. instead, they had a small pocket of space where the water could go in. I looked around feeling as if I was being watched. again. its all in your head! you fucking idiot!! while swimming around I feel something brush against me, I didn't think much about it but then it happened again, and again, and again. soon enough I just got creeped out and crawled out of the lake wrapping the towel around my waist. "maax~ c'mon don't you wanna swim?~" david asked happily, his smile could fucking blind someone! "n-not really... i-ill just go change...." I stuttered I don't know why the fuck I did but I did... he sighed sadly "pleeaassee??" he asked or well begged. "n-no I'm good....." he pouted and looked down in defeat "ok..." he whined. I turned around and walked into the bathrooms to change. I decided to take a quick shower since the lake isn't that clean. there are no shower curtains. after a while it happened again, I felt like I was being watched... then... I heard a click... like a camera, I quickly covered myself and looked out the window but saw nothing "W-WHO'S THERE?!?!" I was freaking out but I tried to calm down. I rinsed off and got out of the shower hurrying to put on my clothes. I ran out and got in my tent hiding and hugging Mr.honeynuts. after I calmed down I fell asleep.
David's POV
I-I don't know w-what came over me!... I j-just had to follow him! and when I saw him in the shower all wet and covered in soap! I c-couldn't help myself! I had to take a picture!! I ran to my cabin after I took the picture and hopped on my bed, struggling to breath "w-w-whATS WRONG WITH ME?!?!" I screamed out loud then covered my mouth hoping no one heard it, luckily, no one did. I sighed "David he's ten... you need to calm down... t-this is wrong.... but h-he's so gosh darn cute!.... no!! david stop!! he's ten! you are twenty-four!....uggh!!" i gripped onto my chest "but.... you can't stop love....w-wait what did I just say! l-love!?! o-oh god...i-i'm so gross...n-no w-wonder max hates me...."I flinched at that... it hurt to say or think that... even though it's true.... I felt a warm tear run down my cheek

RomantikDavid seems off... Max has noticed the strange behavior of David lately but shrugs it off, until it's too much. he still doesn't get involved he instead avoids David, which, was a horrible mistake.
