Hi, my name is Carlie this is my new story I hope you like it!!
The sun was setting over the water as I watched "Gabbie!!" I heard being screamed from behind me, I turned around to see my little sister Ellie running towards me. "Dinners ready come inside" I replied with "ok" and turned to look back at the water I could hear Ellie heading back to the house. I dug my hands into the warm sand one last time and started walking back up to the house. As I walked in I could smell the homemade lasagna, fresh basil, and garlic bread. I walked over to the table and almost instantly everyone else joined, I grabbed a piece of lasagna and garlic bread. I instantly dug into the deliciously hot piece of heaven, it melted in a matter of seconds. "How was it outside?" my mom asked "It was warm, I could smell the salt water." I said with a smile. She nodded back. After dinner was done I went upstairs and took a long warm shower, I made sure to have my speaker with me. Once I got out the cool AC filled air instantly hit my body. I continued into my room and got changed into a pair of fluffy pajamas. Once I was ready I climbed into bed with my music softly playing.
