Chapter 17

Writers POV

Emma, Henry, and Regina got into Emma's yellow car and drove to her old apartment.

They got out of the car and took a deep breath and looked up at the apartment building.

They walked up the stairs and were just outside the door.

"Henry I think that u should stay here." Regina said.

"Your mom's right kid. Stay here, it's safer."

"Bu-" Henry tried.

"Stay here!" Emma and Regina said at the same time.

"Fine." He huffed.

Emma slowly opened the door with one hand and held her gun with the other. Regina was behind her trying to make her balls of fire.

"Crap. Magic doesn't work here." Regina said as she shook her head.

"Here, have this." Emma tossed a gun over to Regina and she fumbled to catch it.

"Thanks."

"Hello?" Emma said when she didn't see anyone.

They took a few steps in.

"Missed me?" The 2 women whipped around and faced towards the door.

Neal was back in his body and he had a gun to Henry's head.

"Let go of my son!" Emma yelled as she shot at him. It missed but then Regina shot one. He got hit and stumbled backwards.

"Nice aim." Emma nodded approvingly.

"Mom? Aunt Regina?" What are you doing here?" Addy asked as she came out of Emma's old room looking like she just woke up.

"Addy!" Emma sighed as she ran over to hug her daughter.

"I don't know why I ran away? I'm so so sorry." Addy cried into Emma's shoulder.

"Hey. Hey. It's ok you're ok."

Writers POV

Neal became unconscious after he was shot so Emma, Regina, Addy, and Henry were able to take home home without any trouble. Once they got back they Neal was locked up in a more secure facility.

The four of them went back to Emma's house where everyone was waiting for them.

"Oh thank god you're ok!" Snow let out a breath as they walked in.

"I'm sorry I scared you." Addy replied as she hugged her crazy family.

"Addy!" Roland ran into the room and jumped into Addy's arms.

"Hey big guy!"

Addy then went to pick up her little sister who was sitting in her high chair.

"Hey Hope! Have you gotten bigger?" Hope just babbled in response but everyone thought it was the cutest thing.

~ time skip ~ evening ~

Everyone had made their way over to their own homes and Henry went with Regina. Emma was putting Hope to sleep so Killian and Addy were the only ones in the room.

They were sitting on the couch watching Gilmore Girls.

"I don't understand." Killian said.

"What don't you understand?" Addy questioned.

"How could Rory just say no to Logan. They were perfect for each other!" He exclaimed.

Addy just chuckled and stared at Killian.

"Why are you laughing? Do I have something on my face?"

"No no. It's just that... I have a family!"

"Aye, that you do." Killian said and opened his arms for Addy to lay in.

They ended up falling asleep and Emma came in and found them one the couch. She awed at the thought of her beautiful daughter and husband getting along. She wasn't completely sure before but now it's certain.
