-...204,205,206,207 and 208 pieces. There you go, you happy now?-

-It was a pleasure to give you a lesson on card, Feros.

-Oh, shut up Dunn! You have good luck, that's all...

Captain Dunn had a normal day, a quiet one. It had been weeks since his last mission, and both him and the crew were anxiously waiting for another mission.

-Captain Dunn, sir!- said Lukk.

-Yes?

-Leader Zug needs you and your crew, he has something important to tell you!

The crew began to gather around Lukk like little children around an unknown object.

-You hear that, crew?- Dunn smiled.-Seems like we have a mission.

The crew began to celebrate with punches, strong hugs, and others demonstrations of roughness.

As the crew started to move to the meeting room where leader Zug was, Lukk alerted the squad.

-Just the Captain! The rest has to wait outside the room.

Captain Dunn got to the meeting room, where he found a worried Zug, thinking out loud.

-Leader Zug, you wanted to see me, sir?

-Oh! Dunn, yes, yes, take a seat. I have something that you and your crew will find... amusing.

-Ooh, what is it? We have to deal with bandits? Destroy a dangerous star? Kill a tyrant?

-No, no... It's more simple than that. You have to escort two of our diplomatics to Sfi, a Seekers colony.

-Seekers? They're not good news...

-It will only be a negotiation. You have to go just in case things go south.

-So... we're just gonna protect a bunch of dumb politicians?

-Dunn! Show some respect, OK? They're very capable, and they'll probably stop a catastrophe.

-...When do we leave?- said Dunn with some disconformity.

-You will leave tomorrow, when the star rises. It's going to be a long trip, so get ready before going. I will be present when you leave, to speak with both politicians and with you. Get ready, then rest.

-Thank you, leader Zug. We'll accomplish this as swiftly as ever.

-Now, don't get cocky. This mission is crucial for maintaining the peace in the galaxy, so be focused. You are dismissed, captain.

The captain gave Zug a formal salute, and left the meeting room. The crew was anxiously waiting for the captain to say something, but he just said:

-We have to escort two politicians to a colony and look after them.

They looked at each other. What happened to the enthusiasm that the captain had before going into the room? Was that the "important" mission they had? It seemed so boring, but it was a mission still...

The night had passed, not a single member talked to the captain after the meeting, he went to his room and didn't come out much, just occasionally to remember the crew to pack up everything needed. The captain couldn't have much sleep, he was thinking if this mission was really THAT important. Maybe... it was.

The star had just risen, everyone was waiting for the captain to say something to them, and so he did.

-Crew, this mission might seem easy or not-so-exciting, but let me tell you: it is crucial that we succeed in it, because the galaxy is waiting for the outcome of this. If we do it right, we'll be on everyone's mouth. If not, we'll be a failure to the eyes of the Federation and the galaxy. So, are we ready for this or not!?

The crew's mood suddenly changed, they were hyped for it. "Maybe this isn't so bad after all", they thought. The crew got into the Yve and the captain was outside, waiting for Zug. Zug appeared with the two politicians whom saluted the captain with a formal salute and got inside the ship, where the crew gave them an informal salute.

-Captain Dunn, I hope you are ready for this mission.

-I am, leader Zug. Don't worry.

-I see you and your crew have lifted spirits, you seemed worried yesterday.

-I got to understand the real weight of this mission, the importance of it, and so did my crew. I want to apologize if you thought we were underestimating the mission. We're ready to leave.

-Good luck, captain. And long live the Federation.

-Long live the Federation.
