Diana Lee and Stephanie Collins, long time best friends heard the lamp post from two blocks away. It was late at night so the London commotion was less noisy.
It had been too long, much too long. They had been waiting for the lamp post to return for two years. The Psychologist had dropped them off after the tragic accident. The two girls hadn't always been just two.
Alicia May Smith was her name. She had died Saving The psychologists life. Throwing herself in the line of the Dalek beam so it wouldn't hit The Psychologist. Alicia knew that The Psychologist Was a Time Lady, and that she would be able to regenerate if she had gotten hit. She just didn't want The Psychologist to change.
"Did you hear that?" Diana inquired in a hushed voice.
"Of course I did! Now come on!" Replied a very excited Stephanie
The Duo ran towards where they knew the lamp post would be. Stopping just a couple feet from post. They saw the figure in the bright red pea coat. A voice popped out that they hadn't heard in a long time.
"Hello Darlings!"
