"Still got nothing to say, snowflake?"
Dabi's was looking right at the svelte, white-haired, man that was behind me. The man refused to even look back at Dabi, instead opting to direct his gaze at the floor around his feet.
"No? Then try and stay quiet, I need to lay a few things out for out new friend."
Dabi quickly redirected his face, so that I could look at him eye to eye, despite my objections.
"Where was I...Oh right!"
The burnt man shot up onto his feet, with an uncharacteristic enthusiasm.
"So, odds are you know how the Yakuza family structure works, correct?"
I furiously nod my head, worried about what might happen if I said no. In all honesty, I knew almost nothing, when it came to organized crime. All I'm able to remember off the top of my head, is the basics. I know that there is a head leader, the "Oyabun," I think their called, and he has several lieutenants below him. But besides that, I have no idea how the hierarchy works, I just hope that I can convince Dabi that I know more than I do.
"So this little gathering of ours you see, is a subset of the Ichi-Kai family." Dabi concluded with with a gesture around the room. "As you can see, we are... slightly understaffed, but that's because we only work with the best."
"You now, we could have more supporters, if you stopped turning them all to ash." The woman at the bar turned around to face us, maybe she had gotten tired of waiting.
"I will deal with you in a bit, Toga, just be quiet for now." The man was clearly at the end of his rope, one wrong move and he might take my head off.
"Everyone just wants to interrupt me today." He quickly shot a glance in my direction, something was bothering him...
"You know, I like you style, Izuki." He may of gotten my name wrong, but I dared not even think of correcting him.
"You know your place, and we need that for what we're planning."
Planning? What could he possibly mean by "Planning?" Whatever it could be, I knew that it could not be good.
"But I'm getting ahead of myself, aren't I? I should wrap this up." Dabi turned around so his back was facing me, and continued his monologue.
"When All Might announced his retirement, it was anarchy for the villain world. All gangs, big or small, were at each other's throat for power." He made his was over to the far wall of the bar, and rested against the cold brick. " You see, with the absence of an all powerful force to oppress us, everyone went a little nuts. There were many casualties, some of them being our old members, but we try to look past them."
Dabi quickly directed his gaze to the floor, looking almost a bit remorseful, an emotion I didn't think he possessed.
"It was pure carnage and anarchy, until he showed up, and pretty much single handedly stoped the infighting." Him? Who could Dabi be referring to, who in the world has that type of power. How could one person stop an entire power struggle, composed of immoral villains?
"With his guidance, the criminal underworld was refurbished, going from small time gangs, to an entire empire. All within a short time frame, giving both heroes and villains alike, something to think about." He slowly stepped off from the wall, and made his way back over to me.
"And as time went on, more heroes came into the picture, as did more villains, but it was never the same." He stopped mid walk. "Everything you do nowadays, has to be approved by your superiors, nothing can be done on a whim." He looks over at the direction of bar. "And that, my new friend, is where our problem resides. Nothing is done just because, it always needs a reason." He turns his body, and makes his was in the direction of the inviting glow of the bar. "There is no more wanton destruction, no more personal gain from thefts. Everything that you do, you do for the family, and that's just not any fun." He takes a seat at the bar, the stool farthest away from Toga. "And... Hang on... where's the bartender? He's supposed to be working tonight!" The scarred man quickly looks at both off his cohorts, hoping for an answer. "You gave him the night off, on account of this interview." The white haired man said in a calming tone, making me feel safe. "Oh, right... Well don't just stand there frosty! Get behind the bar!" Dabi quickly gestured Todoroki over behind the bar, his patience was growing thin.
"Ok." Was all the white haired man said, as he opened the bar cover, and grabbed a towel.
"Just get me the usual." Dabi said as he waved his hand dismissively at Todoroki. Nodding, The svelte man disappeared behind the bar, before coming back up with a shot glass in one hand, and some type of rum in the other. "Leave the bottle, I'm not going anywhere tomorrow." Dabi said. Again, without a word, Todoroki just nodded and set the both glasses on the bar. He then made his way over to the other end of the bar, cleaning the counter as he went.
"Oh right, and give the kid something, nothing to expensive though." The man locked eyes with me, and I could feel my heart freeze as I looked into his empty crystal eyes. His gaze, icing me into my seat, my hands clenched up, and I could feel my lungs closing shut. All of winters fury was coursing through my veins as I watched his mouth move but no sound reached my ears. He quickly exited his station at the bar, forced his was into my face, my heart felt as if it shattered like an icicle on the pavement. And I could finally hear what he was trying to ask me."What would you like to drink?"
"O-O-Oh... G-Gin and t-tonic, p-please..."

FanfictionI have been getting rather board of Deku, both manga and anime. So I looked up various ways people made him more...fun. One common theme I saw was making him "Evil," well that sounds fun. It was either this, or write about a female Deku, and I don't...
