Jc's POV

Emily's currently walking back and forth, constantly trying to contact Chloe "Babe, calm down, I bet she's fine, and plus, if she's still in the hospital, her cell will be off" I say to try and get her to calm down, and stop worrying, she finally lets out a huge sigh of defeat, and she lays down on the bed a cuddles with me, her head place in the crook of my neck "I can't believe we've been together for nearly four years" she mumbles into my neck "m-me either baby" I stutter, every time she talks about our four year anniversary, it's gets me nervous, and I quickly change the subject, everyone knew why, except her.

Kian's POV

I had just placed Chloe down on my bed, and my phone started to ring, it was Jc, I immediately picked it up, Jc's voice was kind of shaky, but steady at the same time, "Uh hey, Kian, are you and Chloe on your way back from the hospital?" He asked me, "uh one second" I tell him and put my phone on mute, "Babe, do you want to stay here or go back to Connors house?" I really want her to stay here, to clear her head, but everyone wants her back in Connors house, everyone wants to know how he is, if he's awake- my thoughts were interrupted by Chloe, saying "I have to go back, don't I?" She asks, already answering her question, "we can go there, and if you want to leave, I'll bring you back here for the night, deal?" I tell her before reaching for my phone again, she nods quickly "deal".

I take my phone off mute and tell Jc that we are on our way, Chloe stands up and kisses me quickly before walking out of my room, and before Jc could realise, I hung up and we jumped in the car, I laced our hands together, until we stopped right outside Connors house, Chloe gave me her key, and we walked through the door, hand in hand, until we realised, no one knew what happened between us, Chloe let go of my hand and walk towards everyone, I slowly walk behind her, and realise that she's already crying, Emily has just told her something, I spin her around, away from everyone else, and engulf her into a hug, as she breaks down into my arms.

Chloe's POV

Kian and I walk into Connors house,with our hands laced together, realising that we were still holding hands, we awkwardly let go, they don't know what happened, they don't know about us, Kian lightly pushed me slightly in front of him as we walk further into the house, Emily runs up to me, as soon as she sees me walk through the door, "Is he awake?" I nod not able to get the words out of my mouth, "did he do it?" She says, grabbing my left hand, and pulling it out of Kian's jacket oh no he wasn't going to, was he? Connor wasn't going to ask me to marry him, was he? my voice cracked as tears stream down my face "Pro-propose?" I whisper, not being able to speak loud enough, due to the huge lump in the back of my throat, Emily just turns her head and nods, not able to look at me, Kian spins me around, facing him, and engulfs me into a huge hug, and that's when I break down, "Ki-Kian, I don't think I can do this" I say, sobbing into his chest, "I know baby, I know" he whispers to me as he kisses the top of my head

"Do you to stay a while? Or do you want to come back to my place?"

I nodded and went upstairs to get my things. I heard Emily leave, saying she was going to the hospital with Jc so I shouted goodbye to her and grabbed my clothes. I put them all in my suitcase, grabbed my phone and sat down on the bed. My phone started ringing and I saw it was Emily, so I answered.

C- Hey, what's up?

E- Hey, Connor wants to talk to you, so is it okay if he does?

C- To be honest, I dont care what he has to say. I dont love him. I dont care about him. I dont like him. I dont want to know.

E- Okay. Well, Ill see you later. Are you going to be in Connors when I get back?

C- Well..um.. Not exactly. Dont tell Connor but Im going to Kians.

E- Oh... I thought.. Nevermind. Right, Im gonna have to go, Jc wants me to go to the cafe with him. Bye.

C-Bye Emily.

Well, Im glad that's over. That was so awkward. I put on my leggings and my red sweatshirt and went downstairs to Kian. "You look...beautiful." I dont see why I did, I hadn't bothered to do my make up today, and my hair was in curls. Oh well. "Thanks."

Kians POV

Chloe came downstairs and as soon as I saw her, my jaw dropped. She looked gorgeous. I told her she looked beautiful but she didn't seem convinced. I took her suitcase to the car and went back into the house. I leaned down so she could get on my back. "Where are we going?" I walked past the car and she started to panic. "To the park." It was late and dark, and I know how much she loves to look at the stars, so when she was getting ready, I thought about laying on the grass in the park. I started to run, and she started screaming and laughing at the same time. "Shh babe, you'll wake everybody up." I put her down and turned around to face her. Our fingers interlocked and we started to lean in for a kiss. "Race you to the park!" She shouted in my face and ran ahead of me, running towards the park. I rolled my eyes and ran after her, both of us laughing as we ran. I ran in front of her and made it to the park just before her. I was still running until she ran to me and tackled me to the floor. I lay on my back, and she stood up in front if me. I lifted my hands up and she instantly took them in hers. I put my feet on her stomach and lifted her in the air. She started screaming, so I lowered her down and she lay down next to me, our hands still together. "Thank you Kian" I turned my head to her and smiled.

Emilys POV

Me and Jc made our way back up to Connors room, when he pulled my arm back. He didn't say anything at first, but he took a breath, like he was going to start talking, but shook his head and carried on walking. I grabbed his hand and stopped. "What was that about?" I looked into his eyes and he shook his head again. "Doesn't matter." He looked really nervous and spoke really quietly. Jc isn't normally like that. What on earth is wrong with him today? Since this week began, hes been acting differently. Acting nothing like the Jc I know. I think its because its our four year anniversary this week. I dont know why that's something that would change the way he acts. He just seems nervous and shy. I really hope he isn't going to break up with me. That would ruin me.

Jc's POV

I couldn't ask her now. We are in a hospital. Because our close friend nearly died. I carried on walking back up to Connors room. Just before we went in, both me and Emily stopped. She had tears in her eyes, and she was about to cry. "J-Jc, you wont break up with me, r-ight?" A single tear ran down her cheek. I wiped it away with the side of my hand and kissed her nose. "I didnt even cross my mind princess." I pulled her against my chest, kissing the top of her head. "Promise me you'll never say goodbye." She looked up at me and I pulled her tight against my body. I was on the verge of tears, but I managed to speak without crying. "Promise. Me without you.. I couldn't even imagine it." I smiled at her and kissed her cheek.
