You can still hear the loud flying plates crashing on the wall even if you are already locked up in your room.

You sigh as you also hear them yelling around at each other. Everything is a mess... But you are used to this environment. To occupy your time you look around and look for anything to do. Your unfinished painting, a pile of homework, a pile of projects, books that are not yet been read, there are so many things you can do besides lying on the bed.

But you are too tired to even stand up. The noise won't stop so you grab the pillow and cover your ears and face with it.

But you can still hear it.

You throw the pillow and let out another sigh as grief starts to kick in. tears start to stream down on your face for the hope of this environment to change one day. You glance at the window where the only source of light there is in your room. The stars were blinking diamonds with different colors and sizes. Suddenly a meteor falls from the night sky with a flaring tail. You stared with amusement as you wish, "Take me somewhere, anywhere will do. Just take me away from this world." and when it disappears, the rain starts pouring.

'Ughh! Seriously (Y/n)? You just wished on a meteor, what are you 7? So now you're talking to yourself again? Great.'  You randomly grab a book from the shelf. "The other world." You read the title of the book. It was an old book covered with dust. You blow the dust off but it causes you to sneeze. The rain outside seems to get heavier as minutes pass by. You went back to your bed then sat on the place near the window to give you enough light. Well, you have an option to turn on the lights but you are just too lazy to do it.

You open the book and read it. It was years ago ever since you have read that book and as you go further the more it gets familiar.

But then you notice as you go to the next pages some words were gone, just a blank. 'What? Maybe this is just publishing errors. But I didn't remember it to be in this way before. Weird.' Getting to the point where you can't understand the sentences because of the missing words... You started to get curious so you scan the pages and all of it has missing words.

Until... You reach a page where you saw a word slowly fading. Your eyes widen as you drop the book on the bed.
"What the..." Suddenly the loud pitter-patter on the roof quickly stops. It was weird... Everything was weird. The words on the book still keep on fading.

"Am I dreaming?!" You ask yourself. Suddenly the light reflected inside the room starts to get weird too. So you glance outside and the water droplets were just floating on its position like someone stops the time. And then you saw light rising from the ground....it was the meteor from earlier, this time the clock seems to be going counterclockwise.

You open the window to see everything. Your heart pounds so fast due to the strange things happening around. Am I dreaming?

The meteor stops at the point where you had your wish. Then it exploded spreading light around the city. You screamed from fright and quickly open the door and run. "Mom! Dad!" you repeatedly called as you run on the stairs.

You are going so fast that you even miss a step. You fall over and roll down on the remaining stairs. You waited to feel the hard marble floor but you didn't.  When you reach the end of the stairs you feel like you have been thrown and keeps on falling. You open your eyes and you are falling from the sky. Everything was pitch black but you can see two moons and the stars. "AHHHHHH!" You screamed as you keep on falling. You open your eyes once more and saw a huge castle and you can hear a loud sound like a siren but slower. You close your eyes again, hoping this is just a dream. You keep on screaming and screaming on top of your lungs. It's a good thing that you will be landing on the water than on land but it will also be painful though. And there you landed on the warm water. But there is just one big problem... you can't swim.
