Vlog Squad's New Roommate

Chapter 1

    {Elena's POV}

        "There are no cheap places anywhere!  Maybe I can just live with you and Frank? " I say to my friend D as I throw the paper on the floor.

    " No,  your not staying on our couch forever. I think your just picky! I bet I can find you a bunch of places in that paper,  but you'll find something you don't like about it. " She said as she picked up the paper and sat on the couch next to me. 

    See I am 22 and can't stay with my parents anymore because they were so mad I didn't go to college they kicked me out a few months ago.

  Thankfully my best friend D and her boyfriend Frank were nice enough to let me crash on their couch. 

  It looks like they are starting to get annoyed with me so D said I have to find a place soon.  I don't blame her   I wouldn't want you live with me either.

   Unfortunately I am not good at picking anything, especially a place to live. So D is helping me.

   "What about this,  it'd big close by and a girl roommate? "

   " I don't know how I feel about a roommate,  but I can't afford anything by myself, and it does look cool.  I will get her info and talk to her. " I say to D.

   " Great,  plus all your stuff is packed up in my garage do you don't have to pack anything! " Shr said as she walked to the kitchen.

   I saw the number next to the description for the place and told D I was going to get the Information.

  She told me she was going to watch YouTube on the couch and wait till I'm done. 

  I left the main room and went to her and Franks bed room,  it's always easier yo make calls in there, quieter.

   I herd the phone ringing and the a soft young sounding voice came over the phone.  " Hello this is Emily " She said in British accent.

  " Hello,  my name is Elena Frick. I am calling about the roommate add I saw in the paper." I said trying to sound mature.  I always sound like a little kid on the phone.

  " Oh,  um how old are you?" I must still have sounded like a kid.  I gave her my age and information she needed to 'qualify' me I guess. 

  " You sound lovely and I would like to meet you at the house,  is tomorrow from 2-3 ok with you? "

  "Of course,  that would be amazing!" I scream at this poor girl on the other side of the phone. If I live there she has no idea of the crazy lady she'll have to deal with.

  "Great,  well I must go.  See you tomorrow. " She said then I replied a good bye. 

  It was so late I was just going to go to bed.  I saw D on the phone talking with a lot of passion and jumping up and down.  She was so happy for some reason.   I just ignored her and fell asleep on her couch.

      When I woke up it was already 12, so I didn't have alot of time. Frank and  D we're in there room,  but from what I could hear they weren't asleep. 

  I grabbed some clothes and got in the shower.  When I got out I did some subtle makeup and put on my clothes.  After I did My hair and by this time it was 1.

  I grabbed some breakfast and hopped in my car.  I drove to the house and saw a her watering flowers outside. 

I got out of my car and approached the house and girl.  "Hi,  you must be Emily?" I said as she turned to me and put down her watering pot.

  "Yes,  and you must be Elena? " She said as she gave me her hand to shake. I shook my head yes and she started again,  "here comes in we have to talk."

   I followed her in and sat on the seat she gestured to. She left for a second and came back with two cups of tea. 

  "So let's talk about everything." She said while sitting down across from me and smiled.

  We talked for quite a while and when 3: 00 was approaching we had to rap things up. 

  "It was very nice meeting you and I will need to talk to a few more people before I can officially decide if your the one to move in.  I hope to see you again though. "Emily said as she hugged me and walked me to her door.

  " Well you have my info, please call if I get to move in and I hi or to see you as well.  I don't want to keep you so good bye and have a nice day. " I said as I began to leave.

  She shut her door and I went to my car.  I started down the road turn felt my phone ring.  "Hello? " I said as I answered it,  I didn't look to see who it was.  I was driving.

   "OMG, OMG, OMG!  I found a p lace for you to live! " D said through the phone. She just found me the place I was at,  now another one?

  "Um..  Ok.  I'll be home soon then you can talk to me about it." I said then she hung up.  I hurried home so she would explode,  because from what I herd on the phone that'd what it sounded like she was about to do.

  I pull into the drive way and then get out of my car.  I walked up to the door and just as I went to put in my key,  D swung the the door open. 

  "Um,  hello yo you to." I said as a joke but was soon pulled into the house.  She was tugging on my arm and through me on the couch.

  "So..  What is this house you were talking about? " I asked then she had a big smile on her face.

"3 words...  Volg. Squad. House". She said with amazement.
