SIGMA FM

The sun shines brightly over New York City, birds chirping, the usual traffic on the streets, nothing really new, until that day where me and my professor changed the world through the SIGMA FM body enhancement equipment. SIGMA FM is a body enhancement equipment we invented that could help people in every way they could imagine, and why is that? It's because it is made from a new type of metal me and my professor discovered called Forma metallum, Forma metallum is an indestructible metal that can transform into anything it is being commanded to be. Using the Brain scanner in the SIGMA FM's system, the user can formulate a thought that would transform the SIGMA FM from it's stand by mode into it's user's desired form. On the day that we would reveal the SIGMA FM, something else happened, something really bad. Wanna hear the story? Then listen up, this'll get interesting.

I woke up pumped, really pumped for the day, we were really going to reveal our two years of hard work towards everyone, the SIGMA FM. My phone rang then I went to check on it I saw that it was my Professor, I picked up and he said, "Good Morning Crimson, looking forward to reveal the SIGMA FM with you later, but could you get over here quick so you could do the demonstration in front of me first?" I said "sure, why not" then he replied to me with a "Thank you so much, see you later." With that I started getting ready to head to the laboratory. I prepared my best outfit for this specific day, my red long sleeved polo, complimented with a black coat and my black slacks and shoes. I cooked myself some scrambled eggs and toasted some bread to take with me to the lab. After cooking and dressing up I dashed towards the lab, I passed through my girlfriend's, Amy, house first and gave her the items she left over the other night.

After 15 minutes of running, I stopped in front of the lab for moment to catch my breath, I knew I shouldn't have wore the coat yet, I went in after a minute and greeted my professor, "Good morning Prof. Denim." He replied with a, "Right on time Crimson now take of your coat and try your personal SIGMA FM out. The SIGMA FM has three different types of stand by forms, and earpiece, a necklace, and a bracelet. We made five for a start, 2 earpiece versions, 2 bracelet versions, and one of the necklace version. My personal SIGMA FM was a red and blue earpiece one, because the earpiece ones look really cool. I wore my SIGMA FM, or what I like to call it the "Aurburn",  and tried it out. I first thought of my favorite weapon, a broadsword, the earpiece started to move and take form on my back, forming as a large broadsword. I took the broadsword and started to feel it, it felt like a real broadsword. Prof. Denim clapped and chuckled, "We have really done it Crimson, now form it into something else." With my professor's statement I thought of something else, body armor for that matter, with that the broadsword deformed and started to form around both of my arms, both of my legs, my torso, and lastly as a small mask on my face. My whole body had armor around it and I could also easily move with ease. I also thought of having the capability of flight in the armor, and it formed thrusters on the armor on my legs, I tried it out and I flew around the lab with the Prof. Denim clapping and chuckling in awe, "Well done! Well done indeed!" After a few minutes of flying around I landed and had the Auruburn to form back into its standby form, Prof. Denim wrapped his arm around me, "Crimson, Thank you for all this." I replied, "Prof. you and I did this together, do not just thank me, thank yourself as well." He smiled, "Let's go get some lunch before our clients arrive." We then went out to get some lunch before doing the reveal.

After two hours, our lab's auditorium area were full of politics, scientists, guests, and even people from outside. We set up the SIGMA FMs on four tables, one SFM on each table, I was still wearing mine. With that we started the reveal, Prof. Denim then gave a small introductory speech about our world's current state,  after that he then mentioned our two years of work on the SIGMA FMs. After about a 15 minute talk he then pulled the curtains out of the way to reveal me along with the four other SIGMA FMs on the tables. "Mr. Crimson will be demonstrating how to use the SIGMA FMs, Crimson?" I then stepped up front and told them, "It's all in the work of your mind." I then closed my eyes and thought once again of the broadsword, my Auruburn then formed into the broadsword on my back, I then waved it around to show everyone, everyone then clapped in awe of the SIGMA FM's functions. After some more demonstrations from me we asked volunteers to come up and try some of the other four. A lot of people then started to fall in lines to try it out, when it came to the last few people, there was this one person who looked awfully threatening, we then gave him a bracelet SFM he then imagined a full body armor and started laughing maniacally. "Sir its time to let the others try." I said calmly, he then looked at me and pushed me away flying, he took another of the SFMs and made it turn into a nuclear bomb. "EVERYONE GET BACK, you two with SFMs get everyone down and shield them now!" Professor Denim shouted as he went in to hopefully grab the SFM nuclear bomb to turn it back into it's standby mode. I stood up and thought of a shield to protect both me and the professor. But it was too late, the Crazy man detonated the bombed destroying the top of the building showing a giant explosion in the air. The smoke cleared and I started to look for the professor........ he was gone. The SFM that the crazy man turned into armor protected him and he started laughing, "I CAN NOW BE THE MOST POWERFUL BEING ON EARTH!!!!!!! Now why don't I destroy those who beat me up before." The crazy man had the SFM form thrusters to help him fly. I couldn't do anything but cry because Prof. Denim was gone, I punched the floor a lot of times and gritted my teeth. After a while I first checked on the other two people with SFMs if they were alright and if they were able to protect all the people, luckily they did. 

I had Auruburn form into a gps to find the crazy man, I pinpointed his location over at a prison, I had Auruburn form into the same armor I had it form earlier, I activated its thrusters and headed to the crazy man's location. I arrived there and saw him tearing up the prison allowing criminals to escape, I landed crashing towards the crazy man, "Give me the SFM back now you MONSTER!" He punched me away from him and he spoke, "And why? I am more capable to use it than you, and it makes me feel INVINCIBLE!" He dashed right at me and grabbed me by my leg armor and threw me away, luckily the thrusters on my armor stopped me from flying away. I gritted my teeth because I knew that my Auruburn was weaker then the SFM the crazy man was using, then an idea popped into my head, I had the mask part of my armor turn into a comlink connecting to the other two SFMs and contacted them to report to my position. The crazy man then came dashing at me, thrusting towards my torso while I wasn't looking, I ended up getting hurt due to the force pushing me back crashing. "Now will be your end." The crazy man grinned evilly, I could hear a few thrusters coming over. "I don't think so!" I kicked him away and stood up, the other two people that had SFMs landed beside me in the same armor as me. "You are outnumbered! Now give us the SFM!" One of the SFM users shouted, the other dashed at the crazy man and started pinning him down on the ground, the one who shouted followed, and afterwards me. We then opened the mask protecting his face and then put him to sleep with a few punches, and due to the man being unconscious the SFM went back into it's standby mode.
A few minutes later the man was arrested and me and the other two people with SFMs started catching and placing the escaped criminals back where they belong. The crazy man was sent to a high level secure prison, he was an escaped psychopath one of the policemen mentioned to me.

A few weeks have passed, and me and Professor Denim's family prepared a funeral for him, since we couldn't locate the body anymore, we took the necklace SFM and buried it in his honor. After the funeral I was left standing by his grave. I thought to myself, "I will never forget him, he was a great and honorable man." I held the grave. "I promise to continue your legacy Professor." I walked away and back to the lab which I had requested to be repaired, I took one of the remaining SFMs and each gave them names, mine is Auruburn, the pink Bracelet as Fuchsia, the Green bracelet as Viridian, and the last blue earpiece as Denim, in honor of Professor Denim. A few months later I have been able to find more people to help me develop more SFMs, we created lots of different versions of it, I even named one Venom because it was black, and we plan to continue it for a long, long time, for the world, for everyone, and in honor of my Professor.
