As I walked into my new school I went to my locker. I was looking at my schedule as I see a guy approaching me out of the corner of my eye. "Hey beautiful, you new here?" "Yea my first day," I shyly smiled. "Lemme see your schedule," I handed him my schedule and he looked over it while smiling. "We have like every class together or so. Theres 8 periods and we have like 5 together." "Nice. Im Kate." "Dk babe whos this?" Some girl came up and hugged him. He rolled his eyes. He shrugged her off. "We're not together get that through your head," He said looking at the girl. She looked me up and down and then Dk up and down scuffing and walking away. Someone tapped on my shoulder and I turned around to see who it was. There were two girls. "Hey im Aley," the short one said. "Im Kelsie. We're not the popular crew we actually care about everyone. And there's actually a few more of us." "Yea theres Cierra and Sarai." I think Kelsie said. "You dont wanna mess with Dk. Hes the bad boy of the school and the biggest jock. Hes bad news. He plays girls all the time." I saw Dk had walked away so I walked with Kelsie and Aley to my first period class. I went into the class and saw Dk with more jocks. Everyone sits down and theres one seat open and its right next to Dk. I sit down and he smiles at me. I smile back and try to pay attention but Dk keeps looking at me. "Dakota stop drooling at the new girl" the teacher yelled. "Its not Dakota its Dk" Dk rolled his eyes. My phone went off and it was my mom. I put my phone back on the desk but it was still open. I saw Dk take my phone and put his number in it. He texted himself and winked at me. I closed my phone and the bell rang. "Kate," "Yea" "I think you're really pretty." "Thanks Dk but I heard the stories." "Who from Aley and Kelsie? Their boyfriends are literally friends with me. But ok" he put his hands up and walked away. I went out and met up with Kelsie. She was standing with a guy. The guy bro hugged Dk. Kelsie introduced me to him as Jake Dufner her boyfriend. We both waved at each other and I went to my next class. I sat in a seat in the back of the class. Dk 💰🤤 Look up I look up and see Dk walking towards me. We smile at each other and he sits next to me.
END OF THE DAY I walk out to my mustang thats parked in the parking lot. I pop the trunk and put my bag in the back. I see a guy ive never met coming up to me. "Hey" he says smiling. "Hi" he looks around. I look too and see Dk coming my way. The guy randomly kisses me. I push him away and smack him across the face. "Yo what the fuck are you doing?" Dk yelled in the guys face. I got in my car and hooked up my music. Dk knocked on my window and i got out. "Im sorry for that. Hes a douche." "Its ok. Im glad you were here to be my knight and shining armor." We both laugh. I give him a side hug and leave. I get back home. My mom left and left me the house. Still paying the bills however. I changed the locks and grabbed her weekly $600 allowance and went to the bank. I out $200 in savings and $400 into my checking. I go back home and make myself dinner. I clean up, get ready for bed, and get comfortable. I get an incoming call from Dk. I smiled and answered it. I think im starting to like him. We talked until i couldn't stay awake anymore.

I woke up and got ready for school.

I grabbed a water and got in my car going to school. I jam out to a few songs before I get there. I park and grab my bag and go into school. Im greeted with dirty looks from girls and smirks from guys. Dk comes up to me and shows me a picture. It was me asleep on FaceTime. He walks me to my locker and we talk about like everything. Kelsie comes up to me. "Ive never seen him like this with anyone. He normally is a player and isn't as smiley normally hes got a smirk and is looking at other girls." She whispered in my ear causing my face to go pink. I look back at Dk and he's talking to Jake while smiling and peeking at me. I blush and the bell rings. Dk walks with me to class. We sit next to each other and talk the whole time. The day goes by and Dk and I have gotten closer. He walks me out to my car as the last period bell rings. We stand there and talk until most people and busses are gone. Just as i was getting ready to go he stopped me. He kissed me. So gently and slowly. "Go to practice." I smile widely at him and he hugs me. He walks away heading to football practice. I get in my car. Still smiling. I touch and lick my lips. I start my mustang and leave. I see Dk in his football uniform. He waves as I drive by. The guys start picking on him. I get home and start my homework. Dk 💰🤤 Im done practice wanna go walk around the mall? Yea ill be there soon 😁 I get up and leave for the mall. I park next to Dks car and we both walk in. I got leggings and a bunch of shoes. Even got Dk a shirt. He got me a shirt too. We say our goodbyes and head home. I get home and shower. I get ready for bed and sit on my phone for a little. Dk facetimes me again. We talk for hours again until one of us falls asleep.
