-3 Months earlier.-

A light had flashed across the room, a groan soon following after as Horatio had awoken, getting up slowly from the confines of his plain and basic bed, soon being greeted by his friend, Natalie. "We are gonna be late dofus! Hurry up and get the hell out of the bed!" After the statement was made, Natalie had left the room with haste, leaving Horatio to himself. "Don't worry! I'll be quick!" Horatio's room was rather clean for someone his height and age, his walls being a lavish purple, accompanied by black stripes, his flooring being a complex Birch wood texture. His closet full of the common attire, ranging from the newest pair of shoes, shorts, pants, t-shirts and even underwear, Horatio had slipped on his ripped jeans, along with black sandals and a plain tank top, along with his backpack, he had quickly made his way down the steps. "Well, look who finally decided to get up. We are two minutes late!" Natalie had rolled her eyes, Her attire consisting of a plain black shirt, ripped jeans and a pair of black Vans as she had slowly approached the door with her belongings at hand, opening it with ease. "Not my fault someone made me stay up half of the night doing their assignment!" Horatio had said playfully, gently placing his right hand to her cheek to pull on it "Hey! Who said you could do that?!" A faint blush had crossed across Natalie's pale face, her left hand playfully trying to move his away from her as they began to venture out of the house. Within moment's of stepping outside, the two had already began to feel the scorching heat work against them, prompting them to walk most of the way towards the bus. "Remind me to never pack a windbreaker again." Natalie had said with a small bit of disdain in her voice, pulling at her windbreaker she had with her. "Exactly what gave you the idea to pack that?" Horatio had giggled a small bit, verging closer to the bus stop. "Stop being such a smartass! I just felt like bringing it. At Least I don't hit my head on front door!" A sly grin had peared across Natalie's face, her right hand slowly reaching for his cheek but was too out of reach for her. "At Least I can reach the food, short ass.." Horatio had giggled before the screeching of the bus could be heard from afar, seeming not to be far from there current location. "I am happily Five foot three! You're just inhuman!" Natalie had puffed up her cheeks, looking away from Horatio as if she was disappointed."I'm happily Six foot six, your point is?" Horatio had slapped her puffy cheeks, smiling softly "Your such a Dofus......." Natalie had replied before the bus had pulled up a few steps away from them, the doors opening very slowly, but was overlooked by the two as they were arguing at that very moment, slowly making there way to the bus as they had did so.
