In front of the Lavender Tower is a girl who asks you if you belive in ghosts.... then mentions something about a white hand on your shoulder. OK, its kinda weird.... bur the creepy part is that in Pokèmon Origins when Red encounters the girl, perched on his shoulder is a ghostly white hand.
