Once upon a time there was a house ablaze, you could hear swords clashing, blood dripping down on the ground. The air filled with sweat. Fierce eyes meeting yours. You struggle to stay your ground, as the cut in your leg is leaving a sting, and were not even talking about the rest of the cuts. A smirk appearing in your Yuno's face, noticing your struggle. You strike your sword with all the strength you can manage. With the clash you have put some distance between you and Yuno. You shake your head. You sigh deeply. You know... It just sucks. I didn't even get to say goodbye. You share a silence with your former lover, the sound of burning wood on the background. You both look at each other, she could have killed me several times early, but she didn't. She never was easy to read. Hell both you were a completely mess. Wood is falling down, steam rising up. Surrounded by flames, no way out. I guess we will die together here today, after everything that happened. You look at her, the smirk disappeared from her face, replaced by a knowing sad smile.
We both know...it was impossible to win.
