Heyo my friends! This is the first story I've written but I've read alot. Please give this story a chance! If any names or events are similar to any other stories,it's purely coincidental!! Hope you enjoy and do leave comments! Just not hate messages><

This story is much inspired by the movie,Soul Surfer. Its a true story about how pro surfer Bethany Hamilton grew up surfing but a shark attack results in her losing her arm. She gets back to surfing after that. It's really touching so if you can, go watch it!! Though this story has nothing with the loss of arms or shark attacks,it has quite alot to do with surfing. I've never surfed before so all these are just what I get from watching movies and imagining myself surfing. Sorry if it's not exactly what it is in real life(the surfing parts) but I hope you enjoy it!!

My name is Michelle. Michelle Rene Green. I have long and naturally straight hair which always behaves. It's dirty blonde with streaks of brown, all the suns work. My birthday is on the 7th of July. My style is casual, decent and sometimes baggy. I hate formal dressing so I never do it unless I am forced to. I've got a relatively curvy body and a golden tan from living in Australia. I live by the beach and since we get good waves here,my hobby is surfing! I just love how when you're lucky, you get the wave going in a graceful arc over your head while you sail through the tunnel. I love how the cool water engulfs me and takes me to a different world where all my stress dissapears. I love how it's so welcoming and is there no matter what, and I love how I can call it my second home. My parents divorced three years ago and now I live with my Mom in our cosy beach house and I have to drive for half an hour everyday front home to my school, while my best friend since I was a baby,Jake, sits in the passenger seat and talks about almost everything under the sun. Jake Riley Shayne. He is probably every girl's dream. Always looks like he's just peeled himself off an Abercrombie and Fitch paper bag and jumped into this world. He's always got something to say,be it about his mother or the new kid who can't surf, but only babbles like this when he's with me. Our mothers were best friends in university so when we were young we were each others play mates and best friends. We did everything together. We were inseparable, like siblings.

Today, like any other day,I was driving home with Jake after a community sports event. these community sports events were held every fortnight. The teens and kids from sround the area would gather at a certain hangiut and have fun together. The game played today was soccer so jake had pleaded with me so he could play, puppy eyes and all... And I had caved...

"Hey Mitch, wanna hit the waves later?" Jake asks in a cheerful voice.

"Sure! Meet you there in thirty!" I reply and I pull over at his house. He hops off,and I drive home to get ready. I change into my striped bikini and pull my hair into a loose ponytail. I stand in front of the mirror and give myself an image check. Flat stomach, long arms, thin legs, good chest, well, all's good for me! I run out the backdoor to the beach,to paradise.
