Derek's POV

I was furious my mate is in a foreign country with another male. Her family thinks he would be a better provider than me.

 I pass by Issac and Erica who are sitting on the couch whispering back and forth with each other. I sit down on the other side of the couch and tell them to come here. Stiles is usually the one who initiate puppy piles but she's not here and I can tell that my betas are not okay. I pulled them into a hug tell them that everything is going to be OK. 

Then Erica speaks up but but what if they do you know officially start being engaged then Mumma won't want us around as much and alpha what about you. Mumma can't be your mate if she's already engaged she can't be with both of you. Alpha what are we gonna do?

3rd person POV

It's Monday morning and all of the pack including Derek are waiting in the high school parking lot for Stiles. All of a sudden they hear the baby blue jeep down the road. As soon as it's parked Dawn gets out of the driver side and walks up to the pack. Everyone was waiting patiently for stiles to get out of the car but she was on the phone Derek tries to listen in. Yes Jordan your first letter will be arriving any day now and don't be gross yes I sent you your weird ass chocolate yeah I'll be up in about a month see you then tell dziadek I say hello.
