Three weeks after our first date and many others I lay in my room laid upon my bed.
The satin purple comforter twisted through my legs as I looked through the book in my hand. I skimmed the pages as I watched Demetri enter the room. I raised an eyebrow but paid him no attention.
He came and took his gray cloak off, along with his shoes before climbing in with me. He shoves his arms behind his head and leans on the headboard. "Hello Tesoro." He greeted finally and I chuckle.
He called me darling, I didn't think he was one for little pet names along with a lot of other Volturi members like Afton and his mate Chelsea who are good friends of mine are very much lovey dovey.
"Tato." I reply to which he grins, he swipes the book from my grasp.
He skims the cover quickly to see what it's called and I wait patiently. "Is this what you plan on doing all day?" He questions, to which I knew the answer: it hadn't been planned but probably.
Throwing the book over the side of the bed, he grabbed my hand and tugged me up into his chest where I threw my leg over his waist and laid my head on his shoulder. "How about you. What are your plans mon amour?" I question, he chuckled softly his hand sliding up and down my back over the silky material. Twirling a strand of my hair between his fingers he held me closely purring.
Alec came in about an hour later saying my worst nightmare. "That newborn Army we saw will apparently be going to Forks on June 15th." He announces, I jump from Demetri's arms I rushed to my closet and started getting dressed in my closets, the door only open by an inch.
"Mia Tesoro, where are you going?" Demetri inquires, snatching my arm before I could make my way out of the room.
