My hands were sweating and cold my body froze still as if it was winter and I was in cold water. I was scared but I couldn't let him know. I forced my self to smile at him.
"Of course we wouldn't want to be late on the first day" but if he didnt work there then where and how did he find me? I questioned everything about him.
"Hey y/n are you ok? You look alittle pale?" I quickly looked at him and then back on the road "yeah I'm fine, let's go to work" I started the car and drove away. Speeding to get out of the car. It was silent. You could only hear my uneven breaths, "how about some music?" I mentally cursed myself on how I sound totally fake and scared. I came up to a red light. I impatiently tapped my fingers on the wheel and looked at both sides.
"Y/n can we stop somewhere?" "Uh we're almost at work and dont want to be late" I couldn't come up with anymore excuses. "Your right, but we could just say I was nervous about starting work and came late, blame it on me." I didnt know what to say my normal self would say yes, but I cant this time he might freaking murder me. "Come on, it will be fun" I looked over at him and saw him smiling but his eyes were dark." 'Come on y/n think of something, anything" "i cant if i am late again then I'll get fired, sorry" the light turned green. "Its ok, I'll take you next time then." 'Ha hes funny if he thinks theres a next time.'
