Ptsd is a flashback
A quick and unexpected move from someone causes me to flinch
If someone says something that triggers me, I will dwell on it for the rest of the day
It's a constant battle between my demons and consciousness
Ptsd is a flashback
The youth are terrified
Anxiety eats at us from the stress of school, and home life
The memories fade as we go into denial trying to save ourselves from this beast
The wounds never heal.
Ptsd is a flashback.
