"It will be very cold there, did you bring your parka, Izabelle?"
"Mom, don't worry. I'll be fine. Besides, it's been a long time since I saw Billy."
I saw the sacrifice in my mother's eyes. It made me really sad to move away from my mother, I totally grew up with her. And now I have to move to Billy's place. Billy's my father. My mom, Natalie got remarried. She still looked at Max with thehe goo goo eyes, which was comforting.

It was a three houred plane ride, and mind you, I'm was always terrified by heights since I was young. At the airport after i had ariived, I saw Billy waiting for me. Supposingly, i was not allowed to call him Billy in his face since he is my father."Hey Belles, it's good to see you after so long."
"Hey, Bil-dad. It's good to see you too."
I smiled a very comforting smile. He grinned back. Billy was always a strict person as he was a cop.

"Well, Belles. I bought you a car. It's kinda old though. But don't worry, that thing runs great."
' Wow a car.' I thought.
"Dad, you didn't spend a lot of money, did you?" I asked carefully.
"Er, 'bout that Belles, it was actually really really cheap. Do you remember Sammy Valdez and his son Jason from the beach down below?"Billy asked.
"Oh, you mean him?"I replied and I immediately thought about the days when me and Jason were too shy to make friends while Billy and Sammy went fishing.
"You see Belle's, Sammy's in a wheelchair now, so the car won't be any use for him." Billy said matter o factly.
When we reached around the corner, I recognized the old house. It was quite big, with caramel brown paint. Billy bought that when he and my mom got married, but that was in the olden days. Then I saw the car in front of the lawn. It was a red truck.
"Wow, it's huge. Thanks a lot dad. I love it." I said for his benefit.
"Don't mind Belles, I just hope that you can enjoy this place and be very comfortable staying here."He blushed a deep scarlet, like me, when I was embarrassed.
I got out of the car and thought, 'Well my school days are going to be better.' Billy called me and I hurried into the house. It just took one trip to move all my belongings to my room. It was still the same as I remembered, the yellow laced curtains, the plants on the window sill and the dark brown table. Billy just changed the crib into a bed and bought me more CDs.
