Nine

Theo's POV

Tumor.

A fucking tumor grew inside her stomach.

Tumor,

death.

It took me twenty minutes to process everything the doctor has explained.

When I finally got out of the room, Ansel pops up beside the door, he was leaning back to the wall with his arms crossed.

I shook my head tiredly then gave him her document result, before a question could even reach his mouth.

He took it from me then glances up at me, giving a face of 'whats this'

But what I said instead was, "I'm going to check for her."

And when I got in,

I was suprised to see her awake.

Shai's POV

I feel my heavy eyes opening.

Where am I?

What had happened?

My eyes lazily roll around to anylize things,

Hospital.

I look down to my stomach, put a hand in it.

It's not here anymore.

It's not here.

A sudden crack from the door was caught by my ears.

"Theo"

His body is just as strong as I've always been since day one,

but I can see the opposite thing happened to his heart.

He walks closely to me, gave me a faint smile,

"Hi" He says, leaning in to my face.

It took me two seconds just to stare at his beautiful face, to finally be able to see his beautiful eyes and tempting lips,

until I finally pushed myself up and crashed my lips into his.

I wrapped my hands around his neck then brought him closer that he's now on top of me. I keep my eyes shut and smile in between our kiss.

"I'm sorry-" I say to him, breaking our kiss.

"Don't say a word" He pushes me back then put his hand on my waist. We continued the passion kiss we hadn't done for years, until he was the one breaking it,

"I don't want to think of anything right now" He scanned my eyes, down my nose, down my lips. His eyes moved again, his long and beautiful lashes touched his upper cheek as he blinks,

"Let's just go to Bali and live happily ever after"

I laugh giggly as he said that.

"I agree" I laugh again.

"But I'll have to get out of this hospital first. Why am I here anyways?"

The last sentence that was blurted out my mouth made him backed away from me. I was forcedly had to unwrap my hands off his neck as he moved back.

His eyes went blank, and so did happen to his face.

"What is it?" I ask innocently.

He looked down, then shook his head.

He looks back up to me,

"Nothing." He says, now smiling.

"Our plan still have to work. I'm buying a ticket tomorrow".
