Grace and Mercy that’s what you give
Grace, which you give the things that I don’t deserve
Mercy, that’s what I receive when I accepted you in my life
You forgive me from all my sin.

Faithful and Great that’s who you are
Faithful from all the promise that you give
Great God who can do mighty things in my life
Thank you for your unchangeable love.

Unstoppable and Unshakable how can I describe you
Unstoppable that no can defeat
Unshakable that you are strong
I will stand firmly and put you as my foundation
