Why me? (Ch. 1)

3rd Person POV

Quiet sobs and pleas of mercy could be heard around the corner that lead to the back of the high-school. Two alphas and a beta were surrounding a young male on the floor, kicking and taunting him, pulling at his ears and tail too.

"Please st- stop! Please!" He cries out but was only met with laughter and more taunts about him being a weak alpha. Minutes went by that felt like eternity and a half for the young boy caught in the middle of the torment when the presumed leader of the group called the other two off and they left the younger male bleeding on the ground.

Thirty minutes had passed by with him lying on the ground, still clutching his abused body by wrapping his arms around his stomach and curling up, his brown tail between his legs and ears pressed back against his head.

"Jungkook! What- never mind lets just get you out of here." A beta male named Jimin called out to the male on the ground. Jimin helped Jungkook up and helped him walk back to his house which wasn't very far. The pair went inside and Jimin seated Jungkook on the couch as he went to go get a first aid kit.

"Thanks Jimin.." Jungkook said as Jimin came back inti the room and wiped off the blood from his busted lip and nosebleed.

"Gosh you're covered this time. Why do you pretend to be an alpha if you don't act like one?" Jimin questioned the younger. Jimin was the only one to know of Jungkooks secondary gender. Jungkook wanted to keep it that way, forever if he had to.

"I-  just want to be respected-" Jungkook began to say but was cut off quickly by the elder.
"But you need to act like an alpha to be treated like one! Maybe Yoongi-hyung can help, hes an alpha you know and nobody ever disrespects him." Jimin suggested. The younger omega just sighed as his wounds were being treated.

Jimin finished cleaning up Jungkooks wounds and decided not to press any further.

"Thank you hyung.." he thanked the elder beta. Jungkook got up with a groan and stretched, his canines protruding from his clenched teeth. He sighed as his aching muscles relaxed a bit before turning and opening the front door to leave.

Jimin grabbed the younger's hand and said, "Be safe out there, especially around real alphas." With a desperate look on his face he let go of Jungkooks hand. It fell to his side as the omega smiled lightly at his hyung and left with a short "I will hyung." and went home.

Jungkook went out the back door to his backyard then disappeared into the woods behind it, shifting into his wolf form soon after the shadows of the trees concealed him. He loved being in his wolf form, it made Jungkook feel... stronger. As if he wasn't an omega but something much better. Someone not meant to be fucked and have pups then tossed to the side. But every time he looked down at the river water into his own reflection he was reminded of his omega ranking with the blue color sealed into his irises.

Jungkook's wolf form was pure black with a single white diamond on his forehead. He was a large wolf for an omega and abnormally strong as he constantly worked out in order to not only look, but feel like an alpha and have the strength of one.

Jungkook ran into the forest with the wind howling in his ears and whipping by between his fur. He halted at a small cliff side and sat down, looking out at the small forest that lay between two cities.

He laid down, looking up at the sky with his blue eyes shimmering in the light. Jungkook sighed and looked down at the grass beneath his paws with only one thought running through his mind.

"Why did I have to be born an omega? A useless.. weak omega.. its not fair!" A single tear escaped his eye as he laid his head down.

"Why me?"
