It's just a bit of fun, and if being called "annoying" hurts your feelings then that is not my problem.
My only restriction, as stated in my bio, is that if your confession includes contents, such as "kill yourself", "cut deeper", or anything along the lines of physical pain or that, in my own personal opinion, could cause someone to inflict physical pain on themselves, it will not be posted and I will tell that person where to go.
If someone's confessions offends you, just PM me or comment asking me to remove it nicely and I will, no questions asked.
