Coco's POV

In the middle of the night I heard the door creek open, a figure appeared next to me in bed. My breathing got heavy.

"Hey. Coco. Relax, it's me" Jack

"You scared me" I whispered as I controlled my breathing, I turned on one of my lamps that was on my nightstand. We stared at each other for a while with our foreheads touching.

"What happened between you and Gilinsky? I heard dad telling you guys some 'rules' or some shit"

"Jack and I were just laying down on the bed with the door closed and dad walked in and thought we were doing something else" I half lied

"Hm" he hums with a smile

"Y'know I've always thought you were beautiful til the day I first met you"

Flashback to when they first met

Dad and I were holding hands, today was the day we were going to meet dad's girlfriend and her son. I heard that we were the same age.

"Hey Jen" dad hugs and kisses a pretty women

"Hi Roberto" she greets back

"Jack say hi" she tells a blonde boy with a bowl haircut

"Hi" he hides behind his mother

I smiled at him and he smiles back, he came up to me.

"You're pretty, what's your name?"

"Coco-Elizabeth but you can call me Coco. What's yours?" I asked even though I already knew

"Jack"

Snapback to reality

"Yeah, you even told me that you thought I was pretty" I giggled

"You remembered?" He asked

"How could I forget?"

"Can I ask you something?" I asked, he nods with a smile

"Why did you start hating on me?"

"He sighs, I never really hated you" he sighs

"Bull"

Flashback to when they started beefing (age 10)

I ran down the stairs and got greeted by Gilinsky with a hug.

"Hey G" I giggled as I hugged him back

"Yo, what are you doing? She's a hoe" Jack says as if I wasn't there

I frowned then crossed my arms above my chest, "really?"

"You always have guys over" he says in a duh tone
