Chapter 1

My name is Mariah Jackson. I live in Miami , Liberty city what people call the hood. I'm not gonna sugar coat shit this is my life.

  I woke up this morning in a grumpy mood so I'm not going to school .I went in  the bathroom and brushed my  teeth. I then got dressed in a white tank top , cargos , and timberland boots. "I'm out ma", I yelled walking out the door . My mom never really cared what I did or how I ran my life as long as I had good grades and wasn't bringing any babies home. I called my home girl Latoya and told her I was going by big Benny house today instead of school. "OK , I'm on my way then , meet you there ", she said hanging up the phone. I didnt have a car so I just did what i do best and called my boyfriend , Jaqwan . He said anytime i need him he'll roll up . "Hey bae ", he answered the phone."Jaqwan i needa ride to big Bennies ", I exclaimed. "So whatchu callin me foe call big benny bitch !", he yelled . "Nigga stop playin and pick me up on sixty-second by wing ", I replied. "Ight ", he laughed and hung up.
