Chapter 6

Later that day the boys left and it was just Cody,Tayler, and I
"So where are we going for dinner?" Cody asked
"chili's" I responded
Chili's it is said Cody
I went to the guest room I got in the shower when I was finished I put my clothes on(picture above),straightened my hair, and did my makeup
I walked in the living room to see cody and tayler spread out on the couches
"finally" Cody said getting up
"Shut up" I said opening the door we walked out of the apartment
The drive to chili's felt like forever even though it was only like 10 minutes
We got to chili's and I ordered pink lemonade with a bacon burger and fries I was almost done when I got a text from tayler
Tayler💗: so when r we gone tell him
Me:ig we should do it now
Tayler💗: yea ig we should
"Cody iii need to talk to you" I stuttered our
"About what" he asked
I couldn't even find the words I didn't want Cody to be upset
"I guess what she's trying to say is we're kind of dating" Tayler answered for me
"What" Cody said
Tayler started to repeat himself when Cody said I understood when/how
"A few days ago before we left" I answered
"So you guys have been dating behind my back for days" he asked looking angry
"Yes but we just didn't know how you would feel"
"I'm upset my baby sister and my Bestfriend are dating" he whisper yelled "your 17 he's almost 20" he said fuming "I'll be 18 in a week Cody there's nothing wrong with it and you know it" I whisper yelled
"Yes there is because he's my Bestfriend and your my little sister" he said raising his voice
"I'm almost and adult and I'm sorry your upset but I think if you loved me you'd get over it and just be happy I found someone I genuinely like and I'm sorry it just so happens to be your Bestfriend but I really like him and he really likes me" I say getting out the booth and walking away because I know what comes next
"COURTNEY COURTNEY we need to talk" Cody yelled running after me
"WHAT CODY I don't wanna talk to you because we both know Tayler's gonna break up with me because your his Bestfriend he's known forever and I'm just your little sister who he's know for 2 weeks so no I don't wanna talk" I say getting in the backseat of the car
The drive home was silent until Cody pulled over "listen I don't want you guys to break up alright I was just a little shocked it's kind of weird a guy that's like my brother dating my baby sister but if he makes you happy then I'm happy for you I love you Courtney" he says
"Thank you Cody I love you too" I reply
The rest of the Ride was silent but when we got out the car "can we talk" Tayler asked
"Sure" I said
"Soo we never had the chance to go on a day so I was just wondering if you'd wanna go on a real date with me" he asked
"Of course I would love to" I replied excitingly  kissing him
