Chapter Ten

*Eve's POV*

All the boys had went go-karting today,so I was left alone on the bus,which was boring as hell. I had walked around the arena three times then ended up back on the bus and scrolled through my social media for hours. My phone beeped,indicating I had a text message.

Aidan: great seeing you last night xxx

Eve: you too,it was good to catch up xx

Aidan: hey,do you want to meet me somewhere and we can go out for lunch?xx

Eve: idk,I'm not really supposed to leave the arena xx

Aidan: this isn't the Eve I used to know...xx

Eve: give me a time and a place and I'll be there xx

Aidan: great, I can finally take you on a date xx

I know that what I was doing was wrong,but I had a boring day and I wanted to get outside. I put on the required sunglasses and decided to put on a skip cap,backwards instead of Harry's beanie.

As I left the tour bus I heard someone shout my name. "Miss Styles! Where are you going?" I turned around to face the burly security guard in front of me. "I'm just going for another walk around the arena,I'm going to try and count the seats," I smiled sweetly. "Ok miss,remember to be back here soon!" The guard said returning my smile. I walked through the arena and to the front doors,where there was hundreds of fans waiting outside. Great. Then I had an idea. I opened the doors as quietly as possible and made my way to the middle of the crowd. "OH MY GOD HARRY STYLES IS OVER AT THE VERY LEFT SIDE OF THE ARENA!!" I screamed as loud as I could,then ran out of the crowd as a stampede of teenage girls ran to where I had just previously shouted where my brother was. I'd always wanted to do that. I got my phone out and looked up directions to where Aidan wanted me to meet him.

After half an hour of getting lost, I finally found where Aidan sent me to. It was a posh restaurant along the riverside and it looked far too fancy for the way I was dressed. I stood outside awkwardly,waiting for him to arrive.

When he turned up,we went into the restaurant and sat at a table in the corner, away from everything.

After lunch,we went to sit by the river.
"So,how did you end up touring the world with the biggest boyband?" he asked me.
I shrugged,not wanting to go into detail about my fucked up life, "well,my brother's a part of that band."
"You know,at Alli's when I asked you to go on a date with me,I really meant it. It wasn't like a drunken mistake or anything. I really do like you." He said,staring at me.
"It's cute and all,but I'm going to be in a different city everyday. God, I think I'll be in Rome next week. It's too much hassle to be in a long distance relationship right now. I'm sorry," I replied sadly. He just nodded and there was an awkward silence. I checked my phone,noticing I had numerous missed called from Harry and the boys.
"Listen, Aidan, I really have to go." I said,standing up. He stayed quiet,then as soon I turned to leave, he pulled me around and kissed me. "Okay...bye," I said,then walked away.

I walked back to the arena,preparing myself for the shit that was about to go down.
