It was a rainy thunderous day in the city of Bradford where you and your husband Zayn shared a home with your two children Aubrey and mason .

It was dark outside with lightning flashing at the windows and the rain couldn't be anymore heavier so with the lights dim and the candles aglow it was the perfect time to catch up on everything since it was Zayn's day off.

You two were cuddled on the couch with lots of blankets cuddling as the kids were watching Cinderella and playing board games on the floor.

Zayn kissed you on the cheek "I love you princess" he said smiling causing Aubrey to look up with a smug face.

"i thought i was your princess daddy" .

Zayn laughed so hard his eyes crinkled up.

"okay baby you are my princess and mommy is the queen how bout' that?" he said and with that Aubrey smiled and faced the game once again.

You wrapped your arms tighter around zayn and placed your head on the crook of his neck and whispered "i love you my king". He caressed your cheek and kissed you lightly.

The Prince on the screen danced happily with Cinderella and kissed her at the ball causing mason to gag in disgust and Aubrey to smile brightly.

"MOMMY DADDY!!" Aubrey burst out suddenly causing you both to jump.

"What is it sweetie?" you said looking at your lovely seven year old daughter.

"Did you and dad meet at a ball too, filled with princesses and princes and queens and fancy music ?" she said her eyes in awe.

You giggled and zayn held your hand.

"Something like that honey" Zayn said smiling as if he were remembering the past. "When i first laid my eyes on your mommy i thought she was the most beautiful girl i had ever seen she had the most brilliant eyes and adoring smile. i loved everything about her."

"SO it was love at first sight?!" Audrey exclaimed excitedly clapping her hands.

"Yes it was" Zayn said looking into your eyes and smiling that big goofy toothy smile with his tongue behind his teeth causing you to blush.

"And after all these years i can still make you blush" he whispered in your ear smirking.

"We met after your dad's concert" you said clearing your throat trying to snap out of Zayn's beautiful gaze making him smirk once again, "I was walking around the city after the performance and chatted him up and one thing led to another and now here we are." You said pinching your daughter's cheeks and giving her a peck on her forehead. She yawned and you noticed mason curled up in a ball fast asleep on top of the board game drooling on the fake money.

"Time for bed munchkins quite a busy day tomorrow we get to visit grandma" Zayn said getting up picking up mason and carrying him to his room, you did the same to Aubrey.

After tucking them in and reading them their bed time story you slipped into your room and entered your bathroom to brush your teeth.

"causally walking around the city eh babe? Is that what they call aggressively stalking now a days?" Zayn says walking in while you put paste on your brush , rolling your eyes. He winks brushing his teeth and slaps your bum walking out the door.

You slip into bed wearing one of Zayn's big shirts and your PJ shorts, Zayn in boxers and nothing else.

He wrapped his arms around your waist.

"I'm glad you did" he says simply.

"What brush my teeth?" you say laughing kissing him on the lips

"No silly i mean you meeting me" you can hear him smile in the dark.

You smile weakly falling into deep sleep in his arms.
