My dads got home from their trip 2 days early so everyone was still at the house sleeping in the same room.
Luckly they wernt mad they just wanted to know what the hell was going on.
I explained everything.
I said
"Nash and Lillian are dating and Cameron and I are dating.."
My dads told Lillian and Nash to go up stairs.
My dad looked at both of us and said
"There is a reason we had to come home early."
I said
"Okay whats going on?"
My dad looked at Cameron and said
"Cameron they found you a foster home."
I felt like I wad stabbed in the heart I could feel the tears hitting me face.. Then I felt a hand grab mine it was Cameron.
Cameron spoke up
"They live here in California right?"
He was trying not to cry.
My dad started shaking his head no and finally spoke up and said
"No,they live in New York."
Camerons grip got tighter.
My dad came over to me to give me a hug I pushed him away and ran upstairs and locked myself in my room.
Then I heard a knock at my door and I heard the comforting noise of Camerons voice
"Let me in baby."
I got up and let him in.
Right when he saw me he pulled me into him and I just cried.
He spoke
" I love you and I want to stay here with you."
I looked up at him and said
"You cant Cameron you cant."
Cameron looked at me and said
"I want to tell you why in the system."
He took me over to the bed and began to speak.
"My dad bailed on me and my mom when I was only a few months. Wasnt ready to be a father loved drugs and partying way to much. My mom had a lot of health problems and was dignosed with Alzheimer's when I was 9. She forgot who I was. She was my world my rock and she forgot me it killed me. One day I went to go see if she was hungry and I walked in and she was in her bed sleeping. I went to wake her up but she wouldnt wake up. I just started screaming MOM MOM PLEASE GET UP PLEASE. she never woke up.. The doctors said she overdosed on her medicine. I have been in foster homes since then."
The pain in his face just telling the story killed me. I gave him a hug and he just lost it saying he couldnt lose me to. He just kept saying it over and over. I looked at him and said
"You will never lose me baby I love is forever."
Just then my dads walked in the room and said
"We just got off the phone with the foster system.We are going to adopt Cameron."
Cameron jumped up and gave them a hug and fell into their arms crying and saying "Thank you."
I got up and hugged them and said "Thank you guys I love you."
Cameron pulled me into him and kissed me and said
"I love you so much and I dont ever want to lose you we are forever."
I looked at him and said
"Forever."
