Chapter 3 Facts or Just feelings?

Ever since Alex had said the words. "I might like her." or something along those lines, a certain situation was bothering Krys. Something she wanted to get off her chest since the whole summer, back then, Amanda and Krystal hadn't really aknowledged eachother, and I guess you could say they were even friends by association. Here's a small backstory-

Karin was Krystal's closest friend, they'd known eachother since grade school, meaning nothing could really tear them apart.. except classes. Year one of high school, they both luckily had every class together, which shocked them both. But as year 2 rolled around, they both got nothing. And Karin couldn't hang out during the summer due to distance and being too busy, but Amanda wasn't. Which meant, over the summer, the two got closer, and closer, they even swapped clothes at one point, and for Krystal.. well, let's just say strong feelings occurred at one point. And Amanda never knew until today.

Kryssie!: Hey, Amanda I'm still up, I can't really sleep.

Amanda💖: same lol. Btw, have you ever wanted a perfect relationship, where nothing got in your way..? Where you both loved eachother and agreed on everything?

Kryssie!: Yeah, I have actually..
I mean, I have wanted it, and I did have it..
But I through it away.

Amanda 💖: Ik you did, Mathew and you were so perfect, but you, decided to leave him for Mr. Trouble.

(.......)

Kryssie!: Grr. I know, but it was the right choice for me.

Amanda 💖: You never make the right choice, especially in people. You have a bad choice in people. Ack.

Now was the perfect moment, Krystal was going to write something that could completely change everything.

Kryssie!: Actually, not all people..there was one person who wasn't a bad influence or anything..~

Amanda 💖:????? What?! Whoo???

Oh god. Now's the chance. Go go go!
Krystal thought to herself, hesitating to write the next sentence..

Kryssie!: Well to be completely honest, I liked you the whole summer- and you're not a bad person, so yeah. That's done. We never speak of this again.

Amanda 💖: Not surprised.
You're very obvious.
And I might've liked you at one point too
And agreed.
Never speak of this again.

At that moment, Krystal was relived, happy, sorta upset, and... confused. Amanda liked her once? She had no idea, and everytime she texted about it from there, Amanda wouldn't answer, or replied with "I don't know."

But now this jumbled up Krystal inside. Why would she tell Amanda this now? When she's in a relationship? Any other time could have been better. Even though it was a nice thing to get off her chest, and even if it made her heart sink just slightly, Krystal held her phone, and smiled.
