'Qilin Qilin Qilin' .  I can gladly hear the ringing of the bell as the bell ringer Debra set us free. Many even forgot that Ya malam is in the as they directly walk out of the class. Only i and few other girls even bother to finish taking the dictation. Yes, i can recall cele also with us. Itvwas suprising that Jibo has left already because oftenly, only me, cele and jibo respect the teacher's time and allow him to walk out at his liesure. I think this is why most of the teachers respect us.
After we are done, i put my islamic studies book inside my bag anms my best friend, who is already out is waiting for me to go to the shop. Before i go to him,Haly gives me her money to please help her buy meatpie and Fanta from the shop. I collected it with a smile and went out. Jibo is teasing me as usual calling me Haly's excort. I ignored him and we both laughed. That is the best way to live peacefully with that short trouble maker.
After we went to the shop, i bought zobo and samosa together with Haly's stuffs. Wiz D accompanied me to the class and a gave Haly her food and she gladly collected with a beautiful smile. I smiled back and grab Wiz's hand as we head direcly to where we call 'Our chamber'.
It is the edge of the stairs where we have a vivid view of the entire school and even outside. We can peep to see what is happening outside, most especially Bristol Hotel which is not far from our view. We can have a view when a Very important person lodged the hotel because we are disturbed by the sarines of their cars.
Our Chamber is the danger zone of the junior students of the ECK International. Because any junior that steps in, he will surely not leave empty handed without a senior sending him to the shop.
My man, Mahe who i ranked the most feared student of ECK. The juniors are always panicking when they clash with him. Even our immediate juniors, SS2 are not sidelined.
He looks friendly, handsome and innocent but dosen't tolerate shit from anyone. This is why the juniors get suprised when we say we like him.
"What the heck!! Aswear ECK cannot be removed from our hearts " is always what i think when i see the students in good mood as if there're in their homes.
As we were all together, one of my best friends, Olu steps in. He is the most teased person in ss3😂. He have the highest number of nicknames in the class; qundus, laptop, switzerland,olu...... Chaiiii!!! I cant recall the rest self. Though, i like that guy. He's an unserious science student, but when you get to know him, you will know that he's talented. As usual, i teases him, and we started jokingly fighting. This is how we spend the rest of the break.
All those moments were left aside when i remembered that Chairman(maths teacher) is the next teacher and he gave us assignment last week. In pursuit of avoiding his cane, i quickly rushed to our mathematician, Matawalle only to discover that he also have not done the assignment. I rushed to my next target, Edward; A beautiful American mathematician😅. She gladly opened the assignment for me to copy. I am always never ashamed of copying maths because all my class mates knows that its my only problem. And those who gives me to copy copies from me in other subjects as well😉.
I managed to finish the it before chairman arrives. As i put it back inside my locker, "Good mooooooorning Sir" is what i heard the class saying. I can sight chairman with his jacket which we call parachute😅😅. USA division is written on the 'parachute'. He greets us back and introduce the next topic, Surds. I was just looking at the board without understanding anything. I surrender and put my book back inside my locker and head to look for trouble. I went back to Wiz D's seat just to make trouble for Mary who is behind him. I successfully distracted her and she also lose focus. T-girl also joined and we are now gisting.
Mathematics class is always like a market which is why chairman is even tired of co-ordinating us. He only focuses on the serious ones and refers the the rest as BABOONS😂😂.
