CHAPTER 6: Aira's Past (1)

POINT OF VIEW: Aira

Hi! My name is Aira Levi Miraran. 4 years old. Me and my family is now in South Korea.
"Aira, Dinner's ready!" I heard my mom calling me.
"Coming, eomma!" I responded.

I went in our house.
"You're so smelly na naman, baby. Maligo ka muna and magbihis tapos punta ka na dito, okay?" My mom ordered me.
"Ma'am. Yes, Ma'am." I said and did the 'salute' of the military.
"Bilisan mo. We'll have visitors." Dad said.
"Arasseo, appa." I said and went to my room and bathe and picked a beautiful pink dress.

I went back to the dining room and saw a woman, man and a boy.

The woman sees me.
"Hey, are you Aira?" She asked.
"Uhh... Yes." I said.
"Come here, baby." My father said.
I went to where my father is.
"The woman who asked you is this young boy's mom." My father said and pointed at a boy.
"Hi! I'm Eun Ha, Jungkook's mom. And the man over there is Jin Ho, Jungkook's dad." The woman said.
"I'm Aira. Estrella and Vladimir's child." I introduced myself.
"How old are you, baby girl?" The woman asked.
"4 years old." I said.
"When's your birthday?" She asked.
"December 7." I said.
"You can call me 'Tita Eun Ha', baby girl." She said and smiled.
"Got it, Tita Eun Ha." I said and winked at her.
"Such a joyful and pretty girl. I guess you're a joker, too." She said and chuckled.
"She really is, Eun Ha. She gives us joy every time." Mom said.
"Well, why don't Jungkook and you play with each other?" Tita Eun Ha offered.
"I don't think he'll say YES. He's so serious." I said that made her laugh.
"He'll say YES, baby girl." She said and went to the boy. "Jungkook, can you play with Aira?" His mom asked.
"Sure, mom." The boy said and went to me.
"Let's play outside." He said.

"What would you like to play?" He asked.
"I don't want to play, though. I'm more in listening to stories than playing." I said.
"Well, do you want a story? I can tell you." He asked.
"Since we're just 4 months here, can you tell me how you're doing and how school is here?" I asked.
"School is fun here. But, there are bullies. I have been bullied three times in a row because they say I'm ugly. But, only boys bullies me. Girls... Well, girls wrote me letters and flowers. Now, I have 2 boy best friends. They're always there for me... just like when I'm always there for them. I'm in 1st year high school now. And, I'm helping my mother and father. I'm currently searching for a job. I want to become an idol. I'm applying in some big and famous companies. But, did not met their expectations." He tells me.
"I heard your voice back then. It's beautiful. And, I know you have potential. I heard somewhere that there is a company named 'Big Hit Entertainment'. Why not apply there? Maybe you're meant to be there." I said.
"Never heard of that company. But, I'll try." He said.
"Just keep going and fighting. I heard you idolize Kim Nam Joon. He's under the company of 'Big Hit Entertainment'. It's April 9, 2010 now. And, I've heard that Namjoon and his other member will debut this year." I said.
"Are you always this updated? And, you seem like you know all of me." He asked and said.
"Well, you might not know it yet, but I'm good at fortunetelling. I know that in the year 2018, you will be legends and you'll be called as the 'Biggest Boy Band on the Planet'. You'll be composed of 7 members. The one who'll name your group is the boy who was born in February 18, 1994. Your leader was the maknae of the last boy band that the company made that should debut but did not. The eldest of the 7 of you will call himself 'Worldwide Handsome'. You'll debut in June 2013 and you'll give your fandom a name on July 9, 2013." I said.
"Legends? I hope so." He said.
"Trust me, all of this will happen." I said and smiled at him.
"Looking forward to it." He said. "Well, can you tell me about your story?" He asked.
"I don't have much to tell, though. But, I'm willing to. Well, I was born in the Philippines. I was born on December 7, 2005. When my 3rd birthday came, we decided to live here for 7 years. After that 7 years, we'll go back to the Philippines and I'll continue my studies there." I said.
"So, you'll leave?" He asked.
"Yeah..." I said and looked at him.
What the?!
He's crying?
I hugged him.
"Hey, stop crying. If you're worried when we leave, don't worry, I'll support and love the 7 of you." I said.
"Please don't go. I will not have any playmate here." He said and continued crying.
"Yah! There are many little girls and boys here to play with." I said.
"But, they don't have a brain like you. Some of the 7-year old boys and girls here thinks like a 5-year old. You're the only 4-year old here that thinks like an adult. You know what will be the consequences of the situation. You're the only one I can talk with my problems, Aira." He said... and cries.
I hate seeing him like this.
"I can't disobey my family, oppa. I know that you know I'm an obedient daughter. I don't disobey my parents because I know that they do it for my sake. I'm sorry, Jungkook oppa. But, we have 7 years 'til we go back to the Philippines. Let's just enjoy the time while I'm here." I said.
