Mal tried attacking both Jack and Jafar with her new powers but it was no use. Jack used his amulet on them and they were all sucked into his lamp, fortunately Jay managed to escape. Maleficent could feel that her daughter Mal was in danger and she finally realised how much she loved her. After realising this, she turned back to her normal form unexpectedly from a lizard to a human being once again. Jafar and Jack went to the museum of villains to get Jafar's staff and restore his powers. They were clueless about Maleficent's return. They managed to get the staff but Jafar wasn't used to his powers anymore since he had been stuck on the isle of the lost for many many years. Meanwhile, Jay was thinking of ideas on how to set his friends free from Jack's evil clutches.
