The accident

Kagura POV

I was just a 17 year old girl walking around the earth kingdom. I was on my way home. I was known as "The Avatar of the Earth Kingdom." Yet, nobody in the outside world knows about the second avatar in bas sin sai.As I was walking down the street,I heard screaming coming from a house, so I used an air scooter to get there. I saw a man choking a woman. I dashed towards him and got in his face.

"Oh no!" Its- I cut him off by uppercutting with my fist covered in earth rocks.

"You need to respect women more mister or you'll end up in prison by The avatar of the Earth Kingdom!" I say with pride in my voice.

"I-Im sorry!" It won't happen again! The man pleaded with fear.

"Good!" Don't let me catch you hurting this beautiful woman again or your head will be in the dirt. Heheh

I say with a smirk.

"Thank you,avatar kagura." You're parents will be proud. The lady said.

"Your welcome miss." Now, call the guards and tell them what happened. I said
to the lady as I tie the man up.

The lady nodded and called the guards. As soon as she did,I left and headed home.

As soon as I got home, my mom and dad hugged me and I hugged back.

"Welcome back dear daughter." My parents said smiling

Thanks,mom and dad.I said with a smile as well feeling the warmth of my parents.

"What did you do today sweetie?" Mom said to me.
" The usual mom." I say as my mom nodded walking to my room.

"Guess what?" Dad said smiling as well as mom.
"What is it,dad?" I say as I stop by my room door.

"You have our permission to travel to The republic city." They say together since they knew what my expression was gonna be.

I jumped up and down with happiness. I've trained on my own for so long,I even studied the scrolls my parents got me mostly during our time traveling when I was young.The scrolls were earthbending,waterbending,airbending,firebending,and the most coolest...metalbending. I also trained with swords since my dad is a swordmaster. I finally get to go to republic city. This is very exciting.I wanna see if the the rumors are true about a nother portal showed up in the center of republic city.

"Wait, what about the citizens of ba sin sai?" Who will help and protect them when I'm gone? I say worried.

"We'll tell the earth king to have the guards to walk around the earth kingdom 24/7 just in case something happens. Besides we'll pretty good friends of the earth king." Mom said as she grabbed her phone and called the palace.

"Uugh... Alright mom." Imma pack my stuff. I say as I runs to my room and packed my stuff.

TIME SKIP TO THE AIR SHIP~

So my parents got me to republic city by traveling on a air ship. It took a long time to get there,but we made it. I quickly got off the air ship and took some pictures of republic city and the famous statue of the avatar before avatar korra.I was so pumped and excited. I look at my parents with excitement while they smiling at me,I saw my dad look up saying,"so the rumors are true." smiling. I look up as well and saw a shining bright light in the sky. My eyes lit up,knowing the expression on my parents face.

Without hesitation,I created an air scooter and rode it to the portal excited like no other,not able to hear my parents behind me yelling to stop.

"EXCUSE ME!" SOMEONE STOP MY DAUGHTER ON THE AIR SCOOTER! I heard dad say.

Suddenly I bumped into someone. "Ow." I say rubbing my head then look up at the person and saw a teen male with black hair and a red scarf.

"You should listen to your parents more,before running off without thinking." The male said to me holding onto my back collar lifting off the ground.

"Eeh...sorry." I say scratching the back of my head smiling.

"Say sorry to your parents.Not me." The Male said as he turned me towards them and face them.

"Thank you,mako." And its quite alright. She's just excited about being here since its her first time. She wants to learn more about avatar korra. Do you happen to know where she is? Mom said to the teen male name,mako.

"Yeah, she's at air temple island." Why do she wanna know more about korra? Mako asked my mom.

"Well, you see,nobody knows,not even the world knows she's the second avatar after korra." My dad whispered to mako as his eyes widen.

"Y-your kidding...right?" Mako says in disbelief as my parents shook their head.

As they are chattering I quietly sneaks away towards the portal to see if I can actually poke it several times. "So cool." I say as my finger go through it several times.

I kept poking it,til I heard a voice behind me. I turned my head to the person when suddenly my eyes widen.

"Hey, stay away from there!" Its dangerous! The best known avatar,avatar korra says as she's running towards me.

"......" I stood there speechless.

"Hey?" You ok? Korra said shaking me concerned.

"Im.... fine." I got so many things to ask you avatar korra!" I say in excitement loud enough for my parents and mako to hear.

"Oh, hey korra!" We were just talking about you! Mako said as he and my parents runs towards korra.

"Hey Mako." What's up? Korra said smiling.

"Korra, this child is the avatar after you." As her parents say. They say nobody not even the world knows about the second avatar. Mako says to korra.

"Seriously?" Korra says in disbelief as well.

"I know right?" Mako said.

"Kagura!" Look beyond the portal! Someone Grabbed your arm!" My mom yelled scared as she caught everyone attention towards the portal.

I smiled as they talked,when suddenly I looked to my side and sees an arm pulling me in. I got pulled half way into the portal by someone arm. Korra quickly tried to grab my arm,but it was too late, even when she was close to my finger tips.

"Woah!" I yelled and closed my eyes tightly before I got pulled all the way in.

"KAGURA!" I heard My Parents,korra, and mako yell before I gotten pulled in.

"Is this the last time I'm Gonna see my parents and avatar korra?" I thought as I ended up in another world.
