    ~~~Goten's Pov~~~
Trunks came back Monday and I could hardly contain my excitement. Except I could, because I'm in a coma and I can't exactly leap for joy. But that's not to say I would be leaping for joy because it's not like I really care about this meathead jock anyways. I inwardly sigh at myself. Why am I acting like a tween girl at a Justin Bieber concert? Heart why won't you be still? A nurse walked into my room to check my vitals when she saw my heart rate was extremely high. This concerned her so she ran and got Dr. Bulma. When Dr. Bulma saw my heart rate, she immediately wanted to do tests. She saw no reason for the increased heart rate and thought something was wrong with me. If only I could tell her what was really going on. That it was anxiety.
    Dr. Bulma was getting ready to run some tests when Trunks walked in.
    "Hi, Mama." I heard him say. My heart beat even faster. Dr. Bulma went to answer her son but turned her attention to me instead. She hadn't made the connection between my increased heart rate and her son yet.
    "Hi honey." She addressed Trunks as she rushed over to me to check my vitals. "I don't think you can come visit him today. I could hear the frown in Trunks voice as he spoke.
    "Oh, okay." Did that mean he wanted to see me too? I tried my hardest to get my heart rate under control after that. I thought of calming and soothing things like puppies and the mountains where I lived. I figured it must've worked because Dr. Bulma cursed.
    "Well I'll be damned."
    "What, mom?" Trunks asked.
    "His heart rate is back to normal." Dr. Bulma explained.
    "Maybe he was just excited to see me." Trunks teased. Well he wasn't lying. Dr. Bulma tutted and I could hear her heels clicking towards the door. You think a doctor would wear more sensible footwear but not Dr. Bulma. It's always got to be high fashion with her. I think I'll ask her about that when I get out of my coma. If I get out of my coma.
    "Well you can talk for awhile but I want to run the tests after you're done." And with that, Dr Bulma left. After a while of silence, Trunks spoke.
"I bet you missed me." Maybe. "I'm just that irresistible." Trunks teased. Okay maybe not. Trunks began to ramble on about how he was the star football player and how he had girls surrounding him. Gee I wonder what that's like, not! I tried to tune him out, but to no avail. This guy was cocky and irritating but there was just something about him that I knew was different. It was that moment we shared a couple of days before. When he spilled his secrets to me. Sure it was just because he knew I couldn't tell anyone, but I felt some kind of connection there. "You know, you're pretty small for your age. Like a little chibi doll. Maybe that's what I'll call you. Chibi. What do you say, Chibi? Do you like it? I think you do." I did like it. It made my heart again.
"Uh mom!" I heard Trunks call out for his mom. Oh no, don't get her. Dr Bulma rushed into the room.
"Looks like you'll have to go home, sweetie. I'll sign your form later and say you spent the full time okay?" She tried to usher him out of the room.
"B-But-" Trunks tried to argue but was cut off by his mom.
"I love you. I'll see you at home, Son. Tell your father, I said I love him too. And your little sister." And the door closed, cutting off Trunks protest.
