Last Day of Summer

Bridgette's  3 months old. She's getting big. Also I am planning my 17th birthday party that I didn't get to celebrate back in May because Bridgette was my early birthday gift from God. Being a single mom isn't easy but with my mom and brother's support, I've been the best mom for my daughter. 

Bridgette started getting fussy. "Someone needs a nap," my mom said.

"Okay, I'll have her take a nap," I said, getting her out of the play pin and taking her to my room.

I got to my room, sat down in the rocking chair, grabbing a pillow started feeding her. I slowly rocked in the chair.

She stopped fussing as she was feeding. "After this, its nap time for you," I said to her.

A few minutes later, I stopping feeding her, putting a paci in her mouth, changed her diaper then put her in the crib, gently and kissing her cheek. 

I got changed into my black band tee shirt and jeans with converse and red flannel shirt.

After I got ready for my party, I played some white noise sound to help Bridgette sleep. 

JJ was grilling the barbeque foods on the grill. My friends started showing up.  "Hey guys," I said as my friends; Bailey, Levi, Jessica, and Leon, hugged me. 

"We miss you since you skipped a grade," Bailey said. Sadly I'm not a Junior in High School because I skipped to Senior year. 

"I know but I got all credits to pass junior year quickly. Thanks to summer school," I said. 

A couple of hours later, I finished opening presents and cards. I went to check on Bridgette, she was already awake. "Hey pumpkin," I said, smiling and getting her out of the crib. 

Bridgette was smiling. I gave her kisses on her cheek. "Nap well?" I asked her. 

Bridgette nodded. "Good girl. Uncle JJ wants to see you," I said, patting her back. 

I headed downstairs. I heard the house phone ring. I answered it. "Colace Residents," I said. 

"Is this Jaelyn Colace-Garcia?" a familiar voice asked. 

"Yes?" I asked. 

"Hi, Jaelyn, its Larry Muznik," he said. 

"Hi, Larry. Its been awhile," I said. 

"Yeah, it has. We finished editing your 16 and Pregnant and it will be aired this fall. So can you, Bridgette and your family come to Los Angeles to film the reunion episode Where you meet the rest of the girls," Larry said. 

"Oh, we will be there.  Do I have to bring Bryson even though he and I broke up again?" I asked. 

"Yes, he will have to since he is the father," he said. 

"Okay. So when do we have to be there?" I asked.

He told me the information.

"Okay, thank you so much," I said. 

"You're welcome, see you in a week," he said. 

I hung up then told my family about the 16 and Pregnant Season 3: Life After Labor 

One Week Later

We got to the studio to film the 16 and Pregnant reunion special. I finished up my voice over for my 16 and Pregnant episode. It was hard for me to talk about it, especially mine and Bryson's break up scene.
