Courtney's POV:
I cheated on Ross. The night of the prom I had a work trip.
the trip was an audition for a lead role in a new movie. After the cast meeting someone threw a party and I somehow ended up attending. Usually at a party there is always alcohol involved and so I had some and got drunk. You can't blame me. Everyone that night was drunk as well.
long story short, I end up finding myself in bed with one of the male lead in the movie.
I don't know how it happened but all I know that we were REALLY drunk.
We both agreed it didn't mean anything to us and promised to never speak of that time again.
I don't know how I am going to tell Ross. Should I even mention it?
*later that night"
"So how did the prom go?" I asked Ross.
"It was really good actually. Wish you were there too." He said with a smile while coming closer to me.
"Thanks" I say.
"How was your trip?" He asked.
"What trip?" I ask.
"The trip that you went instead of the prom."
"Oh that trip." It was good.
He looks at me confused.
"What?" I say
"Oh . Nothing," he replies. "Just asking that's all.
He leans in to kiss me but I pull back.
"What's wrong?" He asks
"Nn..n..nothing" I stutter.
"You sure?" He asks.
I nodd not looking directly in his eyes.
He came closer and gently stroked my hair.
"Are you avoiding me, babe? What's wrong?" He asked concerned.
If it didn't mean anything do I still got to tell him? Ugh this is too hard.
"Ross, I need to tell you something" I finally blurt out.
"What is it?" He says while grabbing a hold of my hand.
