I was laying in the field beside him looking at the beautiful summer clouds as they float by as if they were riding on the wind like surfers would waves. There were flowers everywhere...all sorts of colors. And the way the suns light was shinning made them even more vibrant and amazing. The grass was a perfect healthy green. Everything literally was perfect
"Tell me you love me." I say and look into his beautiful eyes.
"I love you like there is no tomorrow." He replied sweetly
"Forever right?" I ask, already knowing the answer.
"Yes forever and ever." He replied back.
I smiled lovingly and watched as a dinosaur shaped cloud floated over us. I was about to say something else when a voice said.
"Jesse your day dreaming again, wake up!" my best friend Alyssa whisper yelled at me.
I woke up out of my trance and my eyes got tearful.
I was back in sitting in science class listening to the teacher talk about atoms and neurons and all this other shit. I wiped my eyes quickly so that no one would notice, I looked down at my science book pretending to read and pay attention to the teacher rant on and on.
But he was sitting right in front of me looking so perfect, as if he was from heaven like always. I looked at his short brown hair and wondered if if smelt like Axe, or something manly.
His name is Harry and I love him like no other person could love someone.... ever! I dream about him at night, kissing my lips and telling me he loves me. I sit in class and scoot my desk closer to his so I can be close to him. I stare at him hour by hour day dreaming that he was mine. But he doesn't want me like I want him sadly.
My name is Jesse I'm an everyday average freshman boy who has a dream of being loved. Except my dream will never come true because Harry is...yup u guessed it straight, and he will never have the same feelings I have.
The bell rings and I grab my stuff quickly. I walk out the door and go to my locker to get my books and supplies for 8th hour. I close my locker and hear a voice yell
"Hey Jesse I loved your poem. Congrats on winning." I recently won a poetry contest at the school, really it was nothing.
I turned to look at who the voice came from and someone runs into me. I fall to the ground,
I grab my stuff and look up to see.....
