I am slow, sorry but I have put together a good amount of chapters so hope you enjoy.
Malfoy's pov:
Harry has asked if I want to let him put a spell that will allow him to save me even if I am in wards and I said yes, we had just finished the spell with the help of Proffessor Snape and are currently heading back to our common room. Wesley tried to blow up the classroom this morning and we all smell like gunpowder so we have no more classes with week till the smell leaves.
Sometimes I wonder what the Weasley can do before blowing us up and it shows he can do two of the ingredients then he goes off on his own and almost blows everyone up. Luckily Harry pulled me under the desk before it went up in smoke or me and him would have been covered in the potion. We still smell like gunpowder and Snape is in the hospital so g recovering for the potion it put him in a coma for 2 days.
Potter's pov:
Well I never thought Weasley would try and kill everyone but I almost did luckily Snape was just in a coma for 2 days or we would have had a new potions teacher, Draco's father is close to finding him but he won't get very close. Draco will never leave my side unless for the restroom and to shower but that's it. Draco has a spell on him now so I can get to him in wards, Draco's father will never get him and keep him away from me.

(A/N not my picture or quote off google) like the great man of all said "the smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention." Saving Draco from his father was a small act and is worth more to him then the grandest intention. I will help in small acts and it will be worth more than anything Draco would want because someone is helping him.
TIME SKIP:
Potter's pov:
He took him I will kill him in 3 seconds flat, no one touches my friend and takes him without my say so! I am looking everywhere then I remember that the spell let's me track him if needed. I chant in German to find him and know after right where he is. I start getting everything I may need and walk out the door of my home. My family are ready for anything they have weapons laid out and have everything ready to fight and protect Draco when it comes.
I apparated to the Malfoy Manors Dungeuon and walk around to find Draco, after what seemed like hours i found him chained to the wall by one long thick chain around his ankle, he is bleeding and looks close to death I heal him and release him from the chain. Draco's father Lucius walks over and has his wand drawn, he sneers at me then says, "he is mine leave him here and get out of my house!" I hit him with crucio and picked up Draco, he snuggles into my arms and wraps his arms around my neck and sobs. I grew angrier and angrier when he sobbed and I saw the wounds, Draco had whip marks on his back, arms and legs, he also had burn marks on his arms, legs and waist. Unbelievable, he hurt Draco if I didn't have Draco in my arms I would strangle HIM. I apparated out of the manor to my family's home, I put Draco down on the couch and my aunt, Uncle and cousin see his wounds they immediately had bandages, water and anything else to treat his wounds. Aunt Petunia then loaded her gun and pointed it at the door, I then got in front of Draco and picked him up just in case someone got behind me and took him again. Lucius then burst through the door and was attacked by my aunt, Uncle and cousin on the spot when he fell from the wounds they circled me and Draco to keep him safe. Lucius tried to grab him but he tightened his hold on my neck, I stepped back and didn't let Lucius even touch his son.
