Hoodie thoroughly thinks about his actions beforehand, while Masky doesn't often. Hoodie's actions are very passive aggressive. Masky often does things without thinking ahead and planning.
I got most of this headcanon from @Rina_MNT. Her Creepypasta facts book is amazing. I highly recommend for you to check it out. Also, that book is where I got most of the headcanon.
Now, some stuff about me! Honestly, I'm a lot like Masky. I often do things with no plan and I used to always do what people told me to. Once, in (I think) kindergarten, somebody told me to break a pencil, so I did. I ended up getting in trouble and when I broke the pencil, it gave me cuts on the palms of my hands. I have never and still don't understand why I got in trouble.
