"Dazai! Chuuya! Dinner is ready!" Dazai's mother called from down stairs.
"Coming Mom!" Dazai yelled back. Dazai turned off the lamp over the desk, and he walked over to the bed looking down at the red head.
Chuuya had been asleep since him and Dazai came back from the grocery store. And not too longer after Dazai's mother made it home a little early to make dinner. Dazai leaned over the bed and he gently shook Chuuya awake. Chuuya opened his eyes slowly, and he rubbed the sleepiness out of his eyes and looked up at Dazai.
Dazai smiled as he looked down at Chuuya. "Dinner's ready."
Chuuya leaned up and he stretched and yawned, and he got off the bed and followed in behind Dazai. Dazai's mom had just finished sitting everything on the table. She gently kissed Dazai's cheek and told him to sit down while she stepped into the kitchen for a moment.
"Your mom's really pretty." Chuuya admitted.
Dazai laughed. "Yeah, my mother is really beautiful, isn't she?" Dazai said as he sat down. Dazai's mother rounded the corner just in enough time to catch the end of the conversation.
"Well that's very sweet of you both. Thank you. And Chuuya, it is so nice to finally meet you sweetheart." Dazai's mother said hugging Chuuya tightly. Chuuya hugged her back softly.
"It's nice to meet you too Mrs. Dazai."
"Ah, Tane is just fine. I hope you have found our home comfortable." She said as she served them both dinner before putting food on her own plate.
"I have. Thank you for having me."
"It's no problem what so ever." She said smiling. Tane was caught off guard as her husband stepped into the kitchen and kissed her on the cheek.
"Ah am I just in time?" He asked taking a seat.
"Yes, mom just finished." Dazai said.
"Good. By the way it's good to have you home son. And welcome to our home Chuuya."
