I wandered around the seemingly endless.. place, these weird things racing in all different directions up ahead. I had no idea what they were, and I swore I saw others like me walking around amidst that chaos. I had no idea where I was, where I was going, and what to do. My fur's matted from all of the mud and sand around me, I don't even remember the last time I ate, my paws are aching in great pain from walking however many miles in these past.. weeks? Hell, even months? I guess it was good that I found some sort of sign of life. I knew that I wasn't too far from somewhere that maybe, just maybe I could go to rest- safely. I had no idea where I was at this point. Lord almighty, how did I end up here?! It's unlike anything I've ever seen before. It's much more busy than the places I normally wander to, those places were actually serene!

Yeesh. I kept trudging on, not even being able to hear my own thoughts, a familiar painful tang rushed through my legs every time I set one of my paws down. The craziest thing is not only how long I've been wandering through this hellsite, but how large it is! It's like there's no end! A maze of nothing but these things rushing past me, strangers from the other side of the path giving me dirty looks and feeling sorry for me, and whatever else there is here! Will it ever end?! Oh, not to mention that it's only midday! It feels like I've been walking down a never-ending trail for centuries on end! God, why does time have to go so, painfully, slow?

..

Finally, some time passed. It's twilight at the moment. There aren't as many of those things taking up the path rushing by anymore, only about two or three every ten seconds or so. Before, it was about five to ten of those things in half the amount of time! Anyway, I kept padding on the dirt, the painful feeling going up my paws I ignored. My eyes grew heavy, and it was hard to stay standing up. Great. Sure just love the fact that I'm probably gonna pass out in the middle of a place that I don't even know the name of! Goddammit, now where do I even sleep, if I do?! I kept trudging on and on, my paws aching tremendously, my stomach ached as well. I had actually made it farther into wherever I was, because I was definitely in a different place than I was, like, four hours ago. What I assumed to be lights started to flash on all around me, and there were less of those like me walking around. My paws felt like they were going to fall off, and I could feel myself walking slower, and slower. I needed to sleep. Fuck. I was only a few feet away from a bridge, where only two of those "things" barely rushed by. I decided to trudge on until I got to the bridge, then finally, finally rest. After a few more minutes of walking, I reached the bridge, then plopped down and rested, my muscles screaming at me for making them do all of that walking. My eyes shut almost instantly, and then I fell into a deep sleep.
