"Hey, y/n! WAIITT FOR ME YA BIG DOOFUS." Oh, no. Here she goes again.

"What do you want?" You ask the girl, who's not even half way close to you. She huffs then says, "Nothing. I just needed your help with something later tonight." She said, with a smile across her face.

You hesitated to answer, in fear that you'll have to go later to her house... again. You were about to speak but she had completely ignored the fact you were going to and decided to speak for herself, "Too bad you don't have a choice y/n! Come to my house at.... Maybe... 6:37???" She said excitedly.

You rolled your eyes at her. "Why at 6:37 and not 6:30 or 6:35?" You asked, slight ignorance was noticed in your tone. "Because... I need to show you something, and I also need help cleaning my attic." She said.

"Whatever. How long will I be there?" You ask, wanting to end the conversation. "When I say you're done, then you're done."

You let out a groan and leave without saying another word. You felt her eyes on the back of your head, watching your every move. You ended up just speed walking your way to your bus and got in an empty seat.

You've never felt so manipulated in your whole life. If only Monica weren't always asking you to go to her house, you'd be alright.

"Why don't I say I can't go to her house? I've gotten in trouble for it... but... It's still fun in a way. But what's so fun about hanging out with Monica? Monica is annoying..." You thought to yourself. You started to get a headache because of how loud the bus was, and eventually it was your stop.

You stepped on the porch entrance of your house, looking down at the 'welcome' mat. You then had your key necklace around your neck, and grabbed it, but there was no key.

Panic started to build up inside you as your hands started touching your neck, then your keys turned out to be on the back side of your neck.

You calmed down and slowly opened your door, making creeking sounds during the process.

The fresh air of your house filled your nose. You took a couple sniffs, then walked in. That fresh air was like living a dream.

You settled your self in and put your backpack on your kitchen table, and sense you were home alone, you watched TV until 6:00.

                         ~6:07 PM~
At this point, you were getting ready to leave. You didn't know why so earlt, but Monica texted you saying at 6:16.

You didn't text back, knowing that if you did, another conversation would start.

You grabbed your keys, your backpack, an locked the door shut then left the house.

You couldn't help but take glances at your house when walking, then saw it faded away. You then had a feeling someone was watching or staring you so you put your ear buds and listened to music on your phone.

Sooner, you arrived at Monica's house, at 6:28.

You quickly ran up her porch and knocked on the rusty old door to her house. In a few, she ran down her stairs and opened the door.

"Y/n, I've been checking outside my window near 6:12 if you were out there! Where were you?" Monica asked. You shrugged your shoulders, anxiety was rising.

"Ok, well, at least your here. Come in." Monica didn't care if you were late or not, it only mattered that you were there, at her house.

"Let's go to the attic, now!" She said ad she grabs your arm and drags you halfway up the stairs. "Monica--don't you think it's a little bit too late to be in your attic? Remember the story about RL Stine and-"

"Stop being such a worried mess, just follow me." She said. You had a very bad feeling about that attic, no matter what treasures hide there, it's never gonna change your mind about that attic.

She then makes it up to the attic and takes out a gold key. She puts it in the keyhole and twists it. You then grab her hand, trying to stop her but she just slides it away, and opens the door.

She then fades into the dark.

"Monica?? Monica stop, the game isn't funny. Is this why you wanted me to come???" You said. You saw nothing in the dark, do to the fact you have glasses and very short hair that touches your shoulders.

You stepped forward a little, stretching your arms out in hope to find Monica.

You walked a little more then-

"HI I'M SLAPPY."

You screamed out loud that almost anyone around the block could've heard you.

Monica switched the lights on and laughed. "It was a joke! I was kidding!" Monica teased.

You looked at the weird puppet she had on her right hand. "Haha, very funny Monica." You said as you took the puppet out of her hand.

"I know right! You literally screamed like someone would in a horror movie! It was so hilarious!" Monica cackled so much it hurt your ears.

"Whatever, I'm leaving." You said as you left the attic and down the stairs.

"No no no! Wait, don't leave y/n!" She chased after you. You were at the doorway and said something.

"Goodbye, see you tomorrow." You said in a bland voice as you closed the door behind you.

You then totally forgot you had the weird puppet in your hand, but you didnt want to go back to Monica's house, afraid she'll think you came back to stay longer.

"I'll just give it to her tomorrow at school." You thought once again.

The puppet was sorta creepy, except something about it looked off. It had looked familiar to you from somewhere but you couldn't recall.

The puppet was giving you goosebumps.
