Poppy can emit a blue gas or fluid from her skin and nostrils that causes hallucinations. Depending on the density of the gas or fluid is how intense the hallucination is. A thick stream of gas will create intense hallucinations where reality and dreams are the same and a lighter stream will cause corner of the eye hallucinations such as hearing foot steps or seeing someone follow you from the corner of your eye. Poppy is also capable of controlling whether or not it's a "good" trip which puts the victim into a dream like state or a "bad" trip which leads to a nightmarish world most cannot stand. Light blue= Good Trip Dark blue = Bad Trip Do not think Poppy is not effected by the gas though. In order to avoid her own quirk she must use a gas mask for safe measures. Poppy has trained her body and mind for high toleration of her own fumes but she can still have slight effects if the gas is too dense which leads her to wearing a small gas mask to avoid her quirk.
Poppy can emit thicker and stronger fumes from her nose but at the cost that she will deal with her own hallucinations.
Although Poppy's only quirk is the gas , many get trapped in Poppy's unusually hypnotic eyes during their hallucinations and Poppy can use this to her advantage as she can ooze our small bits of information.

Appearance: Poppy has long wild and messy Blonde hair that's unbrushed and curled into small dread locks with bewildering mismatched eyes. Her skin is a extremely pale plush pink, you would think it's a normal skin color from far away but it's not, it's pixie pink. In public she constantly wears a long,black, loose flowing sun dress with ruffles, and small white cartoonish rabbits stitched into the dress, a necklace with a peace sign carved into a cheap piece of tin the lace made of beige yarn. She wears no shoes unless she is public in which she wears beige slippers. Around her shoulders is tan blanket wrapped in the front. Villain costume: Poppy wears her messy hair down and has a blue paint across her eyes in horizontal direction with three vertical red stripes across her left eye. Her attire is a crimson red skin tight suit with bullet proof padding on her her chest, stomach, back, arms, shins and thighs. There is a glowing blue fabric on her sides,palms and feet. Across her suit she has man zippers one being her neck the others are placed on her arm pits, back, right arm, chest and stomach. Her hands are not covered on the top but she wears long metallic blade rings on her pointer, middle and ring finger on both hands. To finish off her outfit she wears s large loose black coat with fur trim on the hood. (Faux because she's not that cruel.)
Personality : To the public eye Poppy is calm, kept to herself and person of society who reads books at the local tea shop. Poppy looks as if she hasn't gotten a lot of sleep. In private and on "job" she has rather dry humored and blunt loose going personality: " Remind me not to beat the shit out of you, next time I see you." Poppy egotistically thinks that she is the most hilarious person. " One bee asks to another bee, " are you a ass or tits kinda guy?" The other bee responds " I'm a bzzzum kinda guy." Poppy will laugh hysterically holding her stomach then grow serious in a drop flat of two seconds. " Laugh. Idiot." Poppy can be rather intense in situations.
Side notes: Poppy speaks fluent French,English and Japanese but her English to Japanese translations and French to Japanese translations are not the best causing her to speak with a thick French Canadian accent. Her words being stretched out and slower as well as her voice being deeper than traditional women.
Poppy was originally the popular hero in training, "Yellow Mushroom", over in Canada. Unfortunately not much information was known but Poppy had been corrupted and dubbed a Villain having to leave her home country. Having to flee she came to Japan and started her new life of crime.
Poppy enjoys tea and poetry, anything that is sweet,salty and spicy in combination.
Poppy wastes some of her day creating hallucinations for herself and works at a hukah bar selling her own special concoction blend that allows those that buy it to get a "heaven-like" high
The necklace around her neck is a gift from a small 11 year old girl from the America's she had met during her travels. The girl had hid her in her parents shed for a couple of months feeding and taking care of her off the streets. Poppy had grown rather close with the girl until her where about were found out and she was forced to leave.
