Y/n's POV

Ive been in Zach's room for the past hour questioning if I really do like Jack.

But I thinks it's kinda early for us to date even if I liked him. Which I don't . It's only been a couple days since we met.

I hear a knock on the door and just ignore it. I continue to stare at the ceiling until the door opens. I see Jack leaning on the doorframe and I sit up.

He sits next to me and asks. "Did Tate tell you about the um....how we like each other but just don't know it?"

I nod my head and look into his chocolate brown eyes. He smiles and I smile back.

"How about we go somewhere?"

I look at him confused and he chuckles. "Leave this house for a bit."

"I like the idea but, what about everyone else?"

"We can take care of them when we get back."

I get up and head to the door. Once I'm at the door I look back at Jack. "You coming?"

Jack gets up and we head downstairs.

We walk past the living room and to the front door with huge smiles on are faces.

"Where do you think you guys are going with such big smiles on your face?" Zach asks.

"We're heading out and getting away from you guys." I say.

Zach gasps and yells. "Guys Y/n and Jack are going on a date!"

"Zach shut up it's not a fucking date!" I hiss.

Everyone rushes to the front door and Christina says with a raised eyebrow. "A date?"

We slip on our shoes. "It's nothing we're just gonna go out for a bit.

They look at each other suspiciously and we leave.

Jack shakes me awake from my beauty sleep and I swat his hand away.

He shakes me again successfully waking me up.

I groan and flutter my eyes open to see a dirt trail with trees surrounding the trail.

I look at Jack and he smiles. "Ready to go hiking?"

I smile and nod.

We walk onto the trail and Jack goes onto his phone.

I grab his phone and run off with him yelling after me.

I stop running and Jack grabs his phone. "Let's hike without you stealing my phone this time?"

"Then enjoy the scenery."

He shakes his head and we start hiking for real this time without me stealing his phone.
