Youngjae Pov
i woke up from my nap groaning as I slowly lifted up my head letting the sun rays shine on my face. A couple seconds later Mark came up behind me lightly tapping on my shoulder. I grinned and turned towards him
"Did I do something wrong again?"
He lightly laughed and shook his head at me "actually I just needed you to close the store today since I have a date" Mark stated with a smile. I nodded my head and shooed him away.
"Yeah, yeah go on I'll close today"
He excitedly gave me 2 thumbs up and went to the back of the shop to change his clothes. Once he was finished he came back and gave me the keys to the shop.
"Make sure to actually close the shop today!"
I nodded my head and got more comfortable in the chair that I was currently sitting at. Once Mark left I heard the door jingle signaling that someone had entered.
"Hello welcome to Blu's coffee shop!" I said with a smile on my face as I looked up from the counter to look at the customer that had walked in.
I frowned a bit at his appearance. He was wearing a white hoodie with some black ripped jeans and black shoes. His hood was covering his head and his bangs were covering his forehead and slightly his eyes. His look had something that caught my attention. He looked up from his phone to look at me.
I saw a smile on his lips for about a second or two before he said something "hello! Can I get a iced coffee?" His voice stunned me for a couple of seconds. He had a deep yet smooth voice. "U-um yeah!" I quickly turned around and started making the coffee. Once I was done I quickly placed down the coffee on the counter and turned to look at him. " that'll be 3.50"
The other male quickly took out the money and handed it to me. I printed out the receipt and gave it to him along with his coffee.
"Thanks sweetheart"
I looked at him shocked after hearing those two words come out his mouth. He winked and placed a paper down infront of me before he grabbed his coffee and receipt. He started heading towards the door and I quickly called out for him intrigued by his actions.
"C-can I get your name?"
I heard him chuckle lightly before he turned around "my names Jaebum" he said with a smile playing on his lips
"Oh my names youngjae! Hopefully we'll meet again!"
He nodded towards my way before he walked out the shop.
3rd Pov
Once youngjae a shift over he headed to the back quickly changing out of his work attire to then grab the key to work shop. He walked out of the shop to then turn around and make sure he locked the entrance. He quickly placed the key under the doormat and started making his way home.
He started walking to the nearest coffee shop and grabbed some strawberry milk. He walked up to the cash register to pay for his milk and then make his way out the shop. He placed the straw in the drink and started taking some steps. His hand reached for his pocket to grab his phone but suddenly he felt something slip out the pocket.
He looked at the floor and saw a little note on the floor he bent down to pick it up and looked at it. He was confused at first but then remembered the boy from the shop.
" Call me <3
xxx-xxx-xxxx "
Youngjae smiled to himself stuffing the note in his pocket and continuing his path towards his house. He stuffed his headphones in his ears to distract himself from the eerie silence. He grinned to himself finally feeling at peace.
Although his peace was quickly replaced by panic. He looked down at the floor to notice a dim shadow walking behind him. He felt his heart drop and he started walking at a quicker pace but soon noticed that the shadow was also going at a faster pace. Before he knew it he bumped into someone and started panicking. He felt the person grab his arms and pull him towards an alleyway.
"Please let me go!"
Youngjae felt tears swelling in his eyes until he looked up and saw the boy from before. Youngjae noticed something that he hadn't noticed before. He had bruises among his cheek and a slight slash near his jaw.
Youngjae tried to touch a bruise that was near his cheekbone but felt the other ran his arm and move it away.
"What are you doing?"
He said in whisper tone looking at the younger in the eye. Youngjae looked towards the floor and felt the other grip his wrist a little harder.
"I was trying to go home but I felt someone following me"
Jaebum look confused for a couple of seconds looking around before turning back to the younger. "There's nobody here"
He said to then let the younger go and start walking off without saying another word. Youngjae was confused but continued his path home. When he got home he sat down on the couch and started at his phone that had the telephone app open. He bit his lip and decided to add the others phone number to his phone and then send a message.
