"I do." Jimin nodded, the widest smile plastered on his face and tears brimming his eyes as he stared at his fiance.

Tears clouded Hoseok's vision as he looked at Jimin with a loving gaze.

There was a short pause before the priest spoke again.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Jimin and his wife leaned in for their kiss, cheers filled the room as the crowd stood to congratulate the newly wedded couple.

Hoseok's breath hitched as he watched the love of his life get married to another.

'Why did I even decide to come to this stupid wedding...' Hoseok lowly chucked to himself as he stood to leave.

He maneuvered his way through the clapping crowd as quietly as he could to get to the exit of the venue.

As he left he met eyes with Yoongi and Jin. Jin tilted his head in confusion at why Hoseok was leaving before the party. While Yoongi gave him a sympathetic look.

-
Music blared from inside as everyone partied and cheered. Hoseok stood outside the building, admiring the shining stars as he looked up at the night sky. Ignoring the chilly breeze that would make him shiver once in a while.

"'Seok."

Hoseok turned around at the mention of his name.

"Oh. Hey, Yoongi-hyung..." Replied lowly.

Yoongi put a hand on Hoseok's shoulder as he looked up at the night sky as well, enjoying the fresh air.

The stood in silence until Yoongi broke it.

"You going to be alright?"

Hoseok looked towards the slightly shorter man.
He forced the corners of his lips upwards and let out a short, pained laugh.

"I really hope so..." Hoseok moved his head up towards the stars again.

"Well if you need to talk about anything, remember that you can talk to me." Yoongi pats his shoulder.

"Thanks, Hyung."

And with that Yoongi left to go back inside.

A few minutes after Hoseok noticed that the music had quieted down and all he could hear was quite murmuring.
Suddenly soft music started playing and a beautiful voice started singing along.

It was serendipity.

Hoseok listened to the alluring voice and he couldn't help but let a few tears stream down his face.

After the song had finished the crowd clapped and cheered for the groom.

Wiping away the tears that kept falling he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small object.

Since his vision was blurry as he stared at the ring, the shiny metal looked like it was glowing in the moonlight.

"...Jung Hoseok and Park Jimin." Hoseok whispered to himself as he read the initials engraved into the inside of the metal band.

After a long silence, the sound of metal hitting the pavement was heard as Hoseok let the ring slip through his fingers as he walked away.

"I still love you Jiminie..."
