Violet's POV

I think about earlier when I held x's hand , it felt warm and I felt something but I don't do love .

 I stopped loving people a long time ago . I turned to look at our hands I slowly detach them as I don't want this to go farther . 

He looks at me then looks away , I feel guilt because I honestly truly felt we could be friends but not lovers . 

My anxiety comes back " he doesn't want you" "he'll hurt you" I shake it off as it ruined all my past friendships .

2 years ago .

"hey violet !"

"hey cam" we sat on the swings in silent until cam finally speaks

" why'd you call me here for " I suddenly felt nervous as I didn't know how she would react to what im about to tell her

" cam .. I don't want to be your friend anymore "

"what why ?"

I sighed " because I JUST DONT WANT TO BE YOUR FREIND "

" oh , well I don't care I was pretending to be friends with you you ugly twerp" she left laughing in the distance .

I sit there crying quietly then I realized I would never make anymore friends because they would hurt me in the end

I slowly look over at x and realize the mistake im making , me being me I start to panic I quickly take a paper and write

+ no sorry , I refuse to be hurt again +

He looks over at the paper in anger but then it suddenly switched to a face with no emotion . 

The rest of the school day he didn't look at me or talk to me .

 He didn't even sit in the back like we usually do .

 I finally realize im alone again and I feel a pang in my heart but I ignore it .

Jahseh's Pov

I look over at the in anger and I realize this was all stupid I should've stayed to myself .

 I then turn to the front of the class with no emotion , the rest of the day went by I didn't talk to her or sit in the back .

 I was alone again and I didn't care anymore , it wasn't worth it . After school end I walk to the swings and I sit there by myself as I realize how ugly this world is .

 I look at my phone and head home . 

I walk into the house quietly as its late and I plug my phone and put SAVE ME .

 I drift off to sleep slowly seeing my nightmares .

Third Person Point Of View

Violet walks into the room and doesn't see x, she just continues on with her day . 

A  Few Days pass by and she starts to get worried and she starts to catch herself realizing that's not her problem even though she felt something. 

Finally after 3 weeks he walks back into the school quiet but he's changed he's wearing a choker and he looks blank ,almost numb and demanding more to him .

As violet's in the back she sees he scans the room and looks towards violet he sits in the back next to her . 

They both stare at each other before he breaks it off and takes a paper out .

+ your going to be my friend and I don't care what you say +

+ no i'm not I refuse to be hurt +

+ IM NOT GOING TO HURT YOU DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?+

X looks at violet in content and he looks towards the board and violet just stares , she laughs in her head and a little shocked at her amusement she decided to take the risk. 

She was giving the world a chance ,she just hope it doesn't bite her in the back as more to come from x.

As school ended they walked to the swings and sat there and talked .

 They would do this everyday of the school year . 

Time passed on and jah and violet felt comfortable wich each other and told each other everything . 

There was one thing she didn't tell jah about , Her mom.

Okay so guys I decided to up the story a bit because I don't want the story to mainly be in the past. By the way if your confused about the time line they're both Seniors in high school and they both met in a class of their new year . I will jump to a year when their already happy and they have everything sorted out so I can progress the story and add more suspense and drama . I know its so sudden but after 3 chapter you guys realize that at this point in their life they were both lonely and cold like I said more characters will be added . I am removing Geneva from the story as I continue on she has no place in the story because I wouldn't know what to do with her .
